So this is pure coincidence. I was looking at Square titles on Wikipedia, and I ran across Seiken Densetsu 3 from the Mana "series" and it has a character named Duran. I swear, I wasn't cool enough to know the game/character, nor lame enough to shamelessly rip it off. So go easy on me.
But speaking of Square, anyone played FF XII? PS2 or PC?
Any other Square-Enix morsels you're dying to share..?

Jade Fahra they really are not that great.Well ok sometimes... I use to have one lol. yeah, the DS itself... although it totally revolutionized hand-held game-play... is not really that great... I mean, it's creative... but honestly, I've never been a big fan of any hand-held game system. ...and again, you see Nintendo... what they did with the Wii... totally revolutionizing game-play... which I think is really awesome...

Arakimos As everyone should be twisted My brother is playing xii. . . and my dad is playing 3 on his DS. . . and here I am, my first day working at a gaming store next Saturday, and I am playing no games right now. My brother really needs to hurry up and win xii so I can win it.
I'mma sell wii's to teh nurddy boys. . . I can't wait.

So it looks like FF III for the DS is completely different from the original 3 for the Famicom (NES). It's all 3D and stuff. Is the story and character stuff even the same? It actually looks like a good game.

I am so excited for this new job.
Somehow, everyone found out at my current job, that I am leaving, and they are all like "why, this job is great" and I'm like "No, you're a loser"
Then another guy was like "So, you're going to give me a discount, right?" and I said "No, but you're going to come in and buy things and help my sales, right?"
