Personally i think this rod is worth less than Basic Rod. it bend so much and does not catch anything, the wide lines are so misleading! I thought this would be the best rod after seeing the lines but then i realised this rod is pretty useless! scream

actually the performance is a great rod.yes it flexes and takes some getting used to esp if you usually use a strength.performance + is an awesome rod many top fishers use it,it casts a good distance and gives you a little extra room at the bottom which is helpful if your fish makes a last minute dash to 1 side smile

I have a performance plus, and it is very useful! It is not as weak as the distance, but not as bulky as the strength. So, it's kinda like a mix. The larger lines at the top help you test out the fishes strength so you don't get caught off guard with an extremely unexpected pull away. The bottom extensions help keep the fish from last minute dashes, but that has happened to me many times, so I would reccomend it.
