TAKE-OUT FORMS

In order for me to keep track of my homeowrk and how I'm suspose to do it, is if you fill out one of these TAKE-OUT FORMS. It's very easy too! You just have to fill out TWO ((Yes, only two!)) things:

AVI THAT IS TO BE DRAWN ((picture please!))
WHAT STYLE?:

***Avi to be drawn is, ofcourse, the picture of your avi. Many people change their avis and it'd be easier if I had a piccy of how they are when I was asked to draw it.

***What style is what kind of piccy you want me to draw. Chibi? Half Body? FUll Body? A headshot? ((EVen though I have to example for it ^_^;; ))

CHORE LIST
In otherwords, What I will do.

-Couples
-Avis that cover parts that are not to be shown
-Animals
-Complex avis ((Don't over do it guys X_X ))
-Anything that follow Gaia TOS
-Anime ((Not real life XP ))

I'm a rule follower! I do the chores that are listed and nothing else! I'm to lazy to do any other task. ^_^;

How does a Full Body sound? You may draw it however you like. I'm quite open minded, so I'll take creativity. :3
