I think he means Ki-up, or yell. a way to expell oxygen from your lungs before having it knocked out of you by force, or even having it as a war cry. But I just think thats what he means.

If that is the case, here's my advice:
Don't strain any muscles, shout from your lower lungs and don't make faces.
After that, just shout as loud as you can. XD

A Kip-Up is not an excert of air! Its when you are lying on the ground, on your back, and you kick your feet up while pushing up on your hands

If your working on doing those, then both strengthen and stretch your abdomins, because they'll be moving the most. It took me awhile to be able to do those, but after I started working my abs, I can do them easily.

Xanos is right, but heaven help you if you're tall and lanky like me. Kip-ups are hard for tall, skinny people.

Devil kid its basically a cool way of getting up after being knocked down. your flat on your back, you place your hands behind your head, palms to the ground and elbows bent(or your very odd) roll your legs into your chest, now your on your uppper back/shoulder area, you kick out with your legs and push off with your hands and land on your feet in a up right position. the power rangers used it alot.

Then tone yourself, just do 15 mins in the morning, and 20 minutes at night, it should actually help alot, but make sure you also continue what your doing.

and whats wrong with being 6'0, I am, maybe a bit past, like 6'1 or even 6'2 and I can do it, for the most part atleast.

I've seen people do those but they were too hard for me so I just kept on doing my rolls to get up.
As I fall down, I turn by body with the fall, end up with my feet under me and then I simply stand up.

This helpes a lot when you are pregnant!

you rock back on your neck and use momentum from your legs you just use your hands to keep ballance
