Take Punisher's guns away, and he's useless. While Batman not only has cool toys he got wits, skill, and style.

It'd have to be Batman, really. He's got a vast array of skills and goodness knows how many gadgets. On the other hand, his outfit's kind of impractical - if he got his cape caught in something, Punisher might get the upper hand. But it's unlikely.

It depends on the scenario.
I'd give it to Bats 8/10 times.
The only time I can see Frank winning is if he goes for a long range kill and gets a clean shot.(Not an easy thing to do.)

Oh, I didn't think about that. Still, Batman's costume is at least partially bulletproof, making getting a clean shot even harder.

It also has to do with the way Batman moves. I forget where it was said but Batman's movement makes it hard for people shooting at him to get a clear shot. Also Rand would wipe the floor with Batman. Iron Fist had to kill a ******** Dragon to get his power and he's one of the best martial artists in the Marvel Universe . Batman would be wiped out.

I disagre Frank has Hand to hand Skills and he has beat Spider-man near deth(Punisher's first apearance) So he can go Hand to hand with Batsy...He wouldnt have survived his war on crim if he didnt.

Powers mean nothing Rand actuly has to hit him with it. and Rand hand full with Hydra Agents. Also Bats is one of the best Martial artis in DC.
