A young lioness crept out into the daring grasslands, she blinked and collapsed to the ground, her eyes opened to show off the emerald color, that resembled liquid fire in a stone hearth.
Recently, the poor lioness had been taking her sister Shimah out to her new Pride, and with the lack of skills that her brother and Yaten knew, she got lost along the way. Gone for two months in search of her homelands, she was almost there.
Thoughts of her family raced before Ma'isah's eyes, oh what would they say when they saw her now? She was just a cub when she had went, and now she was almost an adult. Her black tipped tail flicked behind her as she thought to herself and rested on the lush grass.
So peacefull....

The day was not yet over, and thus Ezeoha was still out and about, seeming to wander aimlessly around the area surrounding the Pridelands. Never had he left far from home, though many times in his past he had considered it. He was having his own difficulties with his family. His father was someone he would gladly scratch up a little (Ezeoha would probably never kill another lion), and his mother, though kind, simply didn't seem to need him anymore. Ezeoha had never gotten along with his siblings, and with Baridi gone he'd never patch up the rift between them. His family had turned out to be a disaster, and that was why he had a tiny family of his own now.
Ezeoha had seemed to be destined to a life of being a pimp, but wanting to see his first cub grow a little had put him on pause. Nunda was shaping up to be a nice young lion, and the perfect little son. The problem with Nunda was that he was so 'perfect' that the idea of having more cubs was flittering around in Ezeoha's head. He truly did not mean to be disloyal to Chinara, the mother of his child, or Nunda, but his whole life had almost been spent in preparation for the moment when he would strut around.
Maybe something would be able to hold him back, or maybe something would push him towards the more definite edge of spreading himself around.
Right now, though, everything was alright, and Ezeoha could be seen wandering through the lush green grass. It was because of the grass' color, and the light green color of the young lioness's pelt, that Ezeoha did not see her until he had almost came upon her. Undoubtedly she had seen him, though, for his jewelry was bright red and brilliantly flashed under the light of the sun. There was no way someone could miss seeing Ezeoha. He just stood out too much, because of his jewelry, and possibly because he was a pretty boy.
His warm red eyes widened almost in surprise, and he stared at Ma'isah as if he had seen a ghost. But that look soon passed, and a slow smile was drawn upon his face, and a warm voice filled the empty air, extending his greeting. "Hello there, why is such a fine lioness as yourself alone?" Then, as if remembering something, his smile widened. "I'm Ezeoha, and you are?"

Deep emerald eyes were cast on the ground as her body curled in a ball, her soft fur on the grass as she lay there. Finally, rest. It was what she had longed for so long, her heart fluttered within her chest as she placed her body upright, though still lying in the grass. Ma'isah was a pale lion, her coat of a minty green, the color of a fresh riped "lime" is what she heard her friend say once. Though not knowing what a lime was until she went with Shimah.
Did that mean she resembled a fruit?!
How cruel.
Grinning broadly, her ivory teeth flickered softly as her body had a pleasant and radiant glow about. Soon she heard a soft stepping in the distance, though looking up she blinked at stared up to a lion. A male lion. One whom she never saw before. Quirking a brow, she tilted her head and stared at his blood red eyes, how enchanting. Never had she seen such eyes. They were like rubies, the color of some gem that Ma'isah heard in legends.
Shifting her eyes over him she grinned and chuckled at his comment, "A fine lioness? Really is that so? And I am able to take care of myself you know." She countered back with a devilish gaze, oh this would be an amusing story to share with Siltim, her brother who was her best friend. If she told Yaten, he would probably kill the poor lion. "I am Ma'isah." She said flattly, her eyes on his, how odd. He seemed a bit...flirty? This made her laugh.

Oh, dear.
Getting a better look at the young lioness, he was finding that she was undeniably attractive, undeniably pretty. Of course, she looked a little worn out from what could have possibly been a long journey, but she was still beautiful. Ezeoha had been trying his best to ignore beauty when it confronted him, but his resistance to it had recently been diminishing. Now it was almost all but completely gone. He stared at her, and the urge to flirt and confess to her of how attractive he found her was almost overwhelming.
He pushed back the feelings, trying to regain a tight control over them. But still they fluttered through his body, threatening to breach the surface, threatening to try and make him disloyal, to try and make him start another family. He shook his head, intentionally trying to help push the feelings away, but unintentionally showing off the silky flow of the light brown hair, the way it framed his golden face, and the way it paled in comparison to his eyes.
Chuckling in amusement, he seated himself on the ground before her, those startling red eyes remaining intent on Ma'isah. "Oh! Wonderful! Finally a lioness who knows how to take care of herself. Knowing myself, I'd be a complete and total idiot if left to my own devices."
He was acutely interested in finding out why she had suddenly laughed, but he pushed that interest to the side. "Ah, a very pretty name you have there, Ma'isah," for a moment it seemed as if he had intended to say something else, something a bit more flirtatious, "and it is a pleasure to meet you."

Wow, he seemed a bit distracted?
Gazing at the lion who was looking of the girl, she blinked and eyes him intently. Her muzzle allowed a twisted grin to appear, her personality hard to place words on. Just looking at the newcomer enertained her. He was quite handsome, but so were many others around. But those eyes. Ma'isah could just be captivated in his gaze for hours, the blood red colors held such strange and odd possession over her.
Tilting her head once more she blinked and held in a bellowing laugh, "Isn't it just grand. One who knows how to fight, and get food. A lioness every lion wants, right? Hah, yeah right. Ah well. If only I knew how to find my way better." She looked to him saying a famous quote, "As they say, the marked road is the one you do not follow, the unmarked one is the way to home; to the gallow." Her lips curled to a wide toothed grin.
Yes Ma'isah smiled.
A lot.
It was jsut how she was. A trickster at heart, her and her brother were the most mischievious cubs at their childhood, always causing chaos in their family line. Listening to him she just shook her head, "It would seem so wouldn't it, it means to walk with a 'proud gait' as my mother and father say I do." Sitting up she craned her neck up so she could gaze at the lion. "As it is a pleasure to meet you Ezeoha." When she said his name the hint of tone was changed, it made her twitch. How odd.

Fortunately, Ezeoha did not notice her intent stare at his eyes. If he had, maybe he would've snapped then and flop on the ground to show he had no intent on leaving until they flirted their hearts out. He was too preoccupied with staring into her own eyes to notice that she was staring back into his. Ma'isah's eyes were such a beautiful shade of green, like a jewel newly cleaned and shining with pride underneath the sun's tender caress. Easily he could fall into them, become lost in the endless swirls of vibrant green.
He snapped out of staring into her eyes, and returned Ma'isah's toothy grin with one of his own, showing a perfect line of glistening sharp teeth. "Ah, if I had a female with your astute talents, I would cling on to her forever and never let her go. I'm pretty decent at getting my own food; I've got a good pelt color to blend in. But, fighting I could do without... Isn't it a little pathetic that you could probably beat up me up if you wanted to?" He emplyed his greatest weapon, the 'puppy dog' eyes, though he was far from being a puppy; it was a different species entirely. His eyes seemed to glisten, rays of light being reflected off of his eyes to sparkle at every rare moment. They were a dangerous weapon, in attracting females and unwanted angry males, of course.
"That quote has always managed to confuse me a little. I think it's the 'to the gallow' part at the end." He shrugged his fine shoulders, muscles flexing underneath from the movement. Yet again, it was an unintentional movement, and untintentional display of everything he had to offer. Oh, he shouldn't have flirted as much as he had when he was a cub.
Another throaty chuckle filled the warm air. "I have not seen you walk, but if I had, I'd say that you would walk with the proud gait your name describes, but with a little dash of grace." His mind reeled back suddenly, shocked at the tone of voice he was using, that low seductive purr he had mastered months ago in his youth. Perhaps it was the way she had said his name; it had spurred him to take the first large steps into flirting with her, into begging to allow to be close to her.
Oh, no.

For the briefest moment, Ma'isah felt a blush tinge her cheeks. Never was she the kind of girl to get embaressed, yet her cheeks seemed to differ. A light chuckle escaped her throat as she gulped.
She noticed his gaze on her eyes, which made her look down quickly and back up, replacing that odd blush with a large grin. "Why would one want a lioness like me, I am mischievious and too loud, and care too much for family rather than a mate any day." Halted her tail flicked to the side as she blinked and licked around her muzzle. The taste of blood still on it from last night's kill. With a shrill sigh she felt her mind wander. So many questions. Who was this lion, all she knew was his name. And yet he seemed more interested in learneing about her.
Seeing those eyes she burst into laughter. That would not work with her, you see she did that to Siltim and the gaze of another trying it on her made her heart flutter and her stomach roll in laughter. "Wow, it is amazing in the way you hold those eyes. Keep practicing. It won't work on me." She teased and lifted her hind legs from the soft grass so she was looking up to Ezeoha. Nearing him she looked at him with a such a profound gaze, as if analyzing him.
With a light smile she rolled her eyes, "My walk, is just a walk. I can think of no other way to put it. I do not strut; I do not pose. I walk." She chuckled and walked in a circle around him then halted in front of him, her ears perking up. "You still have told me nothing of yourself, Ezeoha. What a dashing name...one might say light and airy as the other would say seducing and mysterious?" She stated firmly.

Noticing the blush, his mind panicked a little, scolding itself for making her cheeks turn such a delectable red tint. Even now his mind was beginning to turn absolutely innocent words into something more seductive, more promising in terms of a relationship. He had to try and keep himself in control, had to try and keep his flirtations to a minimum. But, Ma'isah was making it difficult for Ezeoha to express self control. Lately it had been plauging him, his lack of control around females.
"Some lions would appreciate a lioness like you. You would speak your mind, pull them back from dangerous decisions, and a little mischieviousness can provide some entertainment." The last statement, unwittingly to Ezeoha, held a double-meaning. Hopefully Ma'isah was naive enough to not notice it as Ezeoha had failed to notice it. "When you have a mate, Ma'isah, they become your family. The lion you have will undoubtedly have nothing to worry about with you as their mate." Ezeoha had once thought he was one for permanent relationships. But already he was straying from Chinara. He'd never fully abandon her; he'd never abandon any of the females that accepted him, but perhaps never he would settle down. Not long ago it had been what he wanted.
Her laughter was accompanied by his low chuckles, her sweet voice added to Ezeoha's own warm voice. "Aww, you almost disappoint me. These eyes of mine work nearly all of the time. Only you have made it that way." Truthfully, he was not in the least disappointed that she had resisted the look in his eyes. Ma'isah was a strong character, hidden underneath a pelt of beauty that had Ezeoha staring at the intricate golden patterns for minutes.
He remained seated, his eyes following her as she walked around him, observing the way in which she moved, and he found almost positively... seductive. "Darling!" He exclaimed, voice rich with hints of laughter. "You do not just walk! Have you ever realized that you tend to swing your hips just a little when you move? You nearly gave me a happy heart attack!" And there it was, he had complimented her, accidentally showed his interest in her, and all in a smooth flow of words that were meant to be lightly teasing.
"Ah, my name means 'a people's king'. I am a lad of the Pridelands, on a nice little stroll to escape from the plague of company." His eyes were alight with glee, and he seemed to smile and be amused with nearly everything she said. "Well, I hope that you'll take it as 'seducing and mysterious'; it'd give me the proper ego boost I need."

Blinking her eyes fell over him as she tilted her head and listened to every word he spoke, he was different then her brothers and sister, her mother and father, Yaten and Satinka, and from 'Kota. Her brow lifted once more as she rolled her eyes and hesitantly sat nearer. "Aha, I am a perfect prize then in some minds I assume. Though my sister Shimah, she is so stunning, deep green and swirls. Like the forest she resides." Pausing she turned to eye him completely.
He was attractive, that golden coat that many Pridelanders held, his was rich like butterscotch, the color so pure and milky. But yet again she looked in his eyes, hearing his response of the puppy eyes. "Hmm, strength is an attribute I do dare say I am weak at, I am usually flakey, and as you know always ready for fun. But it is all odd now, realy it is. But a family. I don't know." She laughed and rolled her eyes once more, "I think I shall die an old lioness, of no future."
Eyeing the lush grass she placed a paw into it firmly and laughed in amusement, chasing a small bug that flittered on by, her eyes focused on the insect.
Then she failed to catch it and ran up to Ezeoha's side, her mouth puckered in a thinking expression.[
Eyes bolted as he spoke when she had circled him, pausing her eyes looked on his and shook it away, "How could you notice such a thing? And why?" She asked with a teasing look before poking him in the chest with her slender paw.
Somehow she found amusement in him, besides his overly flirtacious mind. Stretching on her hind legs she yawned and grinned, "Are you royal?" She asked and blinked, her emerald eyes locked in his gaze. "You are kidding right...Pridelands?! That is where I am from." She stared at him and smiled as she made a light nod of her head in respect, "I am not sure what it is I should think since we did just meet." Ma'isah roused with a wicked look, her eyes on his as she smiled.

He wanted to say, desperately so, that she was the perfect prize in his mind. But he was beginning to set up boundaries, of where his flirtations could go and where they could not. He'd love for nothing more than for her to accept his advances, and perhaps allow him to start up another small family with her. But, he did not want to push it. If she wanted nothing more than friendship from him, he would not ask for more than that. He valued friendship, just as much as he valued more intimate relationships. "I think you are falling back on a defensive technique. Do you hope that telling me that there is possibly a prettier lioness than you out there I will run off in search of her? Ma'isah, you're gorgeous, and don't think anything less of yourself. Your beautiful to some males' tastes, and your sister is beautiful to others." It was reasonable enough. Ezeoha was rather fond of her light green, how subtle it was against the almost shockingly yellow-gold designs on her fur.
"Ready for fun is certainly not a bad thing. I say you've got a nice balance in you, strengths, weaknesses, seriousness, funness." His tail flickered lazily from side to side, swiping at the blades of grass carelessly, not using enough force to bend them in half, but enough to gently push them out of the way of his powerful tail. "Oh, do not say such a silly thing. You will not die an old lioness, and possibly soon you'll find yourself a handsome male you want to have some cubs with. I think you'll enjoy having a family you created."
Amusement seemed forever to be a constant feature on his face, and he chuckled once again as she chased after a little bug. She was full of boundless energy, but he wasn't paying attention to that as so much the way she moved, how indeed her hips swayed a little when she was not running. Casting an innocent look towards her, he laughed in what could be considered a nervous manner. "I notice a lot of things about females, usually to my own disadvantage. Most females don't like being told their gorgeous, or their hips sway when they walk. Why? I think I would get smacked if I told you." He ducked his head away, as if expecting to be slapped immediately, a goofy smile upon his face.
"Ah, well, yes, I am royal." He replied truthfully, learning a long time ago that it wasn't wise to go around introducing yourself as royalty. If prodded he would give an answer, but if Ma'isah had not asked him, she would've never found out. "Yes, the Pridelands, and it is good to know that you are from there as well. Perhaps you'll want an escort later back into your homeland."
Laughing at the look she gave him, his eyes fixed back onto her face. "And what is with that look you just sent me? Perhaps it is your name that is implying a little bit of seductiveness in you."

The young lioness glanced to him as he was deep in thought, she wanted to know what he thought about. Being her tricky self the minty female leaned up on him batting her eyes, "What's in your mind, Ezeoha." She said with a hint of seduction, not knowing she held that ability. Her muzzle ran along his chest as she grinned wanting to see his reaction. Ma'isah was not looking for a mate, she believed when he came he would come to her, instead she was crazy about friends, and this was probably one of her newest, and best yet. Well besides Yaten. Looking to him once more she blushed lightly, on purpose this time, to see what he would do.
As he described her she tore away, her tail flicking behind her as she laughed and smiled to him. "It seems you know me more than I know myself!" She exclaimed and hopped up and down, then stopped. Her mind was in a whirl. As he kept going on with these compliments, she stared at him with a thick blush on her cheeks, wiping it away quickly her eyes fell on him, "Ah, your gonna make me die of blushing. I never blush. And see, you are making me." Her eyes ran over him once more as she stretched, her hind legs up as she did so. Something about him lured her to stay near him, around him. He did seem like an overall nice guy, with those flirty actions, he would win other lioness' hearts in a heart beat. "Well look at you, the charm of a love God, always able to make females fall to your feet I presume. Is it horrid I have not done so?" She teased back at him as she crouched low, glancing about the grass for another bug or lizard to chase.
Though instead she heard him speck once more about the manner of running. Shaking her head she heard him say it was shocking he wouldn't get smacked, with a wicked look she lunged at him pinning him to the ground as she bellowed out in laughter. "Two things you were right about. One. My strength beats yours. Two. I did not smack you but attacked you." Jumping off of him, she nuudged at his side to help him up.
Those eyes, and when she looked he began again, endless compliments. "I....you think I am beautful. No one has ever...said that...." She said as most females would have replied and then struck back with vengence, "Guess I am lucky then, alongside the millions of lioness'." There was humor in her tone yet a sound of diasppointment.
At the next second her eyes widened as her mouth hung open, 'You are royal...no wonder the blooded eyes..." She gasped and bowed down, you see Ma'isah was a ball of energy but she did no manners when needed. Not hearing his speech about an escort, she glanced up her eyes on his. Green versus red, fire and earth.

Ezeoha was rendered perfectly speechless at her openly flirtatious manner and seductive voice. But, he had been getting the jist of what her personality was like, and shaking his head and trying to ignore how the closeness of her body felt so right, he pushed back his stunned stupidity to give her that natural, charming smile. "Ah, wouldn't you like to know?" His tail extended lazily, bapping her lightly on the nose as she ran her muzzle across his chest. "You could be quite the seductress, if you put your heart into it." He told her, his voice filled with warmth and amusement. "You'd have me like putty in your paws if I wasn't almost certain you were looking for an easy way into my mind. Darling Ma'isah, I think you would be alarmed by the thoughts that are flittering through my head right now."
He shook his head, his smile softening and taking on a tender quality. "I will never know more about you then you know about yourself." That was one of the truthful statements that would come out of his mouth. Ezeoha was not accostomed to lying, and seemed to avoid it at all costs. Telling the truth came much too easily to him, and it did often get him into trouble. Some females did not like learning that he was interested in them. "Well, just consider it as making up for all the times you failed to blush." That grin widened, teeth showing, eyes glittering with contained laughter. "No, Ma'isah, it is not horrid that I do not have you on your belly begging for me. It's interesting, to meet a female who does not readily give in to my advancesi. Though, admittedly, I'm not sure whether I should try to make advances on you, or not. It's quite the dilemma, perhaps you could help me out of it?" He was being a little blunt, but he had the feeling that Ma'isah could handle it. If worse came to worse, then she'd probably leave him, and Ezeoha would do nothing to stop her. If he had offended her, it would be in her right to leave. He was a proper lion, in some aspects.
With a yelp he fell backwards onto the ground, bearing the force of her weight on top of him. Some smooth comment about how he was supposed to be on top flittered into his mind, but he locked the thought safely away in the back of his mind. His red eyes blinked up at her, pushing away the slight dizziness he felt after having her push him down. "Oh, woe is me! I totally just had a female prove she's stronger then me. I must be a disgrace to the male gender." He said this with such dramaticism that it came across as ridiculously funny, and even he was chuckling at himself.
After having a little bit of Ma'isah's aid, he was back up on his feet, shaking the dust out of his coat, and groaning. "It's going to take forever to get all this dirt off of me..." He complained, sending her a pitiful look that supposedly was going to make her feel guilty for pushing him over. But, the look died away as Ma'isah admitted that she had never been told that she was beautiful. "You are kidding, right? You are gorgeous, and I must think you've met some blind, or rather shy lions, to never have been told that before. No, Ma'isah, you are considerably luckier than lucky. Not every female posesses the exotic beauty you have. Of course, I'm talented at finding beauty in plenty of creatures, but there are a lot of lionesses who just don't catch my eye. There are billions of lionesses I don't care a bit for, so you are very lucky, or not so lucky, depending on which way you look upon it."
He looked in pure astonishment as she bowed to him, and immediately he jumped to fix the problem. "No, there is no need for you to bow to me! Please, now you're embarrassing me! Being royal is nothing big, and I'm not all that great of a lion to be bowed to. Now, come on, get up, before I start blushing." It was true, he would begin to blush if she continued to submit to his ranking.

The lioness felt her eyes gaze over the male as she chuckled and felt her cheeks lighten from that recent blush, her heart raced in her chest as he kept his compliments. This was all new to the female, she was just used to running about the Pridelands in the large open plains and hills, with her brother and Yaten.
That was something first on her list for when she got back.
Well besides visiting Ezeoha sometime.
As she listened once more, Ma'isah's brow furrowed, "A seductress!? Do I really have charm, all I have is humor in my thoughts." Nearing him once again she purred playfully and poked her paw at his chest, "Putty, aw I could? So how would this occur? By me being a flirt? Wow that would be enertaining to watch, I cannot even withhold a line of a flirty remark, even the simply phrase, "How you'doin. I would say, how are you doing. Now to me, the first one fits the flirty mood so much better, and to my dismay, my comment is the second one." Her emerald eyes fell on his blood red one's, as she gently thwaced him across the head with her tail, "Tsk. What thoughts are in this lovely head of yours? Too flattering for me to hear, Ezeoha?"
Questioning him she waltzed around and paused as the young lioness reached his side once more, her eyes looking at his. As she heard he speak of how he enjoyed her not on her belly begging his attention and love, a wide grin began to show on her muzzle. "I am not that tpe of lioness, more of a strong willed and overly playful type, which you seem to endure quite well." Her laugh subsided as Ma'isah ran her tail alon ghis fore arm, wanting to see him blush. Stopping her paw uplifted as she steppon on a small rock. It was smooth, with a rather flat surface leavign a lusterous shine whenever the sun or moon casts its glow. As she gazed down to Ezeoha, the lioness stuck out her tongue teasing him.
While the lioness earlier had pushed him down, she couldn't help but break out into hysterics. Her eyes fell on his as she hopped off the stone and landed right in front of the lion. "Psst, yes feel small and insecure to a weak mongruel of a lioness." Her muzzle tightened as her lips had curled., this was just too god. Seeing his saddened yet teasing look, she sat next to him, running her muzzle along his chest, as she pulled away and let her head rest on her own shoulder blade.
Distancing her self slightly the talk of her beauty made the lioness blush deeply. Ma'isah was one to take compliments naurally, and easily, but from such a flirty and charming lion, it was hard for what reaction she should have. "Yes no one has ever said that, except my family." And the female halted, her eyes widened at his comment of the others, "So there aren't many?" She asked rather interested, had he only found her and another, or her and multiples of others. Was it odd she wished it was only her and another, pfft no. I mean they were only friends now, or at least she thought he was her friend.
Now as she was bowing her head popped up, hearing the lion speak. "I am sorry, I just was brought up in mannerisms. " She stepped closer to him and smiled, "Oh I would long to see you blush." Her laugh echoed.

"You have the beauty of a seductress, and unwillingly at times you implement that beauty and use it to better your situation." Humor, he discovered, was a major part of Ma'isah's life, but it was not the only part. There were so many dimensions to her that he did not know, and surprisingly he found himself willing to try and travel to them all. He wanted to see the other bits of her personality leaking in, wanted to be there when they showed themselves. It was an odd urge, and one he could not shake away. "I say 'how are you doing' instead of 'how you'doin'. It means nothing on the words you say, but everything on how you say them. Yes, I would be putty in your paws if you let out a little more of your seductress side." He grinned stupidly, feigning a wince as she wacked him across his head with her tail. "Oh, these thoughts are most certainly flattering, though albeit a little too explicit for your ears."
The seductress side was most certainly appearing a little more, as Ma'isah dug deeply for what she wanted, and Ezeoha was quite easily resisting the urge to give her what she wanted. Many times he had done the same exact thing as she was attempting to do right now. The difference between them was that Ezeoha was a pro at what he did, and Ma'isah was nothing more than a novice. She would have to try a little harder to make him twitch his tail out of discomfort, even harder to make him blush. "I have to put up with many young lions, and they can be playful and vicious. It is only reasonable that I would be able to put with such a pretty, playful lioness." Her playful antics did not bother him in the least, and in fact they only seemed to interest him. When she stuck her tongue out at him, his tongue slid between his teeth to stick out back at her. He could play games, though most of his childhood had been devoted to flirting with anything female, he had still managed to make some time for play.
He was pleased with her laughter, and though it was a little too hysterical to treasure her voice, it still felt good to have her laughing. "You are no mongrel of a lioness, Ma'isah, so I can't let myself feel all that weak. My ego would not be able to handle it." A little spark of pleasure crawled up his spine as she ran her muzzle across his chest. It felt so good to have her touch him, but still he did not let the pleasure of her nearness show upon his features. At best, they would become friends, and that was the thought that was slowly turning in his mind. He certainly wanted a little more with her, but she didn't seem too intently interested in him beyond friendship. It was a pity; he'd love to have a family with her. Not being able to, though, did not mean he would stop flirting. Perhaps her mind would slowly change with the course of time and his almost insistent advances.
Once again that blush crossed her cheeks, and Ezeoha could not help but fill his smile with an undeniable warmth. She was simply so adorable when she blushed, and he loved feeding her compliments, just so once again he could see that red tint take over her delicate cheeks. "You deserve to be told it more." It was firmly his own belief. Ma'isah was beautiful, and thus deserved to be told she was as much as possible. "No, there aren't many. I do not make such open advances on many lionesses, in fact, rather few lately... Perhaps I am getting picky with my tastes?" Distress was shown on his face, as if it horrified him that he was becoming picky with his standards.
"It is a wonderful thing your parents taught you, to show proper manners. Some lions don't require it thought, but it is a very good thing to keep in the front of your mind." A paw raised, a claw unsheathing to press lightly against her nose, and a teasing smile was pulled onto his face. "Perhaps with a little more effort you will get your wish and see me blush. But, it most certainly will not be easy. I was practically raised on top of flirtations, and thus can be rather resiliant to most. Good luck."

A feeling of flirtation rose to her mind; but she quickly shooed it away, in awe at why such a thought had come to her mind.
He was very kind, and somehow she felt as though she could read him like a book, but knowing some of the pages were missing from the novel of his actions and mind. As she laughed lightly her complectiong returned to a fair green as she puffed her cheeks, "I am not going to fall ill to such standards you are using, I am strong and shall remain so at my normal pigment, green." A risky smile rose to her muzzle as the lioness approached him once more and tilted her head in an odd childish fashion. "Ah, yet you shall not see much more of a seductress I must say, I have never found such a thrill in the art since my form of flirtations is rather like child's play." Rolling her eyes as she spoke.
It was true though, she was always giddy in her own little ways, still as if she was a cub. Her mind grew in fact, containing knowledge of the world and respect to finding her way home. It made the female smile, that wide toothed grin which heightened her beauty a little more. Flicking her tail she felt her body shoot back in response, "My word. Explicit? What is on your mind? Nothing in the matter of reproducing I dare say." She had aserious look, her eyes wide and opened to her surroundings. Was this lion in his own astute way curious to her opinion of he? That thought sent butterflies in her gut, she never had a lion feel that way to her before.
Stretching on her hind legs her voice was fast and chipper holding but a cheery tone of a small innocent being. This conversation had grown to a whole new level, quite odd and embaressing in other sort of ways. Though she knew his flirting was all on good terms, the thought still struck her...
Did he want more than friendship?
They just met.
As she glanced to him her smile returned, holding any intentions of blushing behind. "Why is it you say such things about me, Ezeoha. I am just a lioness, there are many who are far more interesting than me and attractive. " She felt her body twitch as she glanced to him, her heart racing as her eyes met his. "Do you feel....something about me?" Her mind raced as she looked down and hesitated, "I shouldn't have asked that. Sorry." Her emerald eyes of such a vibrant hue rose to his, searching for such a response.
Such thoughts of her family rose in her mind, did he see something of a future with her? It was an odd coincidence they both lived in the Pridelands, perhaps some good would com eof it.
A pal.
Her eyes widened as his claw touched her nose, her breath haltered. "Hmm, oh how can I please the great Ezeoha." She joked.
