Something that came about while wired on Red Bull.  Eventually this will be inked, colored, and used in a website layout, but her right arm is really bothering me because I know it's not in perspective. I just can't figure out how to fix that.

She is a woman, she's just not very femmy. She's rather flat and skinny. T'was intentional. Besides, with all the girly boys it's rather refreshing to see an androgynous female character.

Well, even if she is androgynous, her face still looks a bit too manly to me. Something about the position of the eyebrows, the nose, and the lack of lips just screams "man" to me. e_e

Well, when I first saw it I thought "girl", just a word in your corner.
Nice coat, maybe more of the big hand fingers could be seen? The perspective nearly looks right, she just needs to be behind the arm a wee bit more I think.
The hips and right leg worry me. They look like they could go horribly wrong when this comes out of the scribble stage...

I first thought that it was a man, I think mainly because of the eyes. Everything else seems right for an androgynous woman, but the eyes just have something about them that I can't picture them on a girl.

I can easily see an androgynous woman. She just looks butch to me, which is actually somewhat refreshing.
Most real people can pass as androgynous. I think the average face you encounter has varying ratios of both masculine and feminine features.
You could make the hand bigger on the right arm to emphasize the perspective, but as is, it's still pretty believable without holding it up to a perfectly foreshortened reference.
