Well, you won't get much out of me, as I have a mute computer at the moment that probably won't make sound for a while (although I know why now! The headphone jack completely broke off of the motherboard. And after removing it from the computer itself... still no sound), so I can't grade on timing or anything, but I'll say this:

Nice use of transitions, and the clip quality was quite good. However, unless you were trying to lip-synch, there was quite a bit of the characters talking for no reason. I realize that is difficult to avoid when using only the final episode, but using those types of clips (often referred to as "random talking") is generally frowned upon.

For the moment, I'll give you approximately a 4.5 out of 5. I'll come back and edit this when I have a chance to watch it on a computer that has sound. However, I'd say good work, from what I've seen. ^-^

After watching your AMV on a computer that actually has sound:

I like the song you chose. It does fit the music video quite well. And as for timing, you had several places that had quite excellent timing. However, there are a few places also where the timing was kind of off. For example, when the clip has a very climactic point (Ichigo blasting Deep Blue), the music is in a relatively dull musical interlude. You might try using more climactic points where the music is more dramatic. But good job - in my opinion, a 9 out of 10. ^-^
