Beastmen's Seals can be traded for access to special Boss Monster Fights (known as BCNMs or Burning Circle Notorious Monster). These tend to have very valuable drops and a lot of people go on them to make gil.
You should definitely keep you beastmen's seal - don't drop them gonk they will pay you back later ^.-b
(The difficultly, level cap, potential gil-making, and number of seal required varies hugely - the minimum number of seals for the lowest lvl battle is 20 (for BCNM20) the maximum is 99 (BCNM99 surprised i know you're seeing a pattern here...)

hey there are three level 20 battles that have alot of platoon drops
#1 "Shooting Fish" lvl limit 20 time limit 15 min party limit 3
Enemies: archer pugil X2 sniper pugil X1
Hint: summoners with rumah or shiva very helpful
Location: Holaris peak in Sand'oria
#2 "Crustation Conundrum" lvl limit 20 time limit 15 party limit 3
Enemies: metal crab X2 heavy metal crab X1
Hint: bst can solo this one easilyby taking over one of the metal crabs and attacking the heavy metal crab with it while attacking the other metal crab then when the crab you took over dies take over the one you have and attack the heavy metal crab together
Location: Waughroom shrine in Bastok
#3 "Charming Trio" lvl limit 20 time limit 15 party limit 3
Enimies: Prune X1 Pheodme X1 Pepper X1
Hint: all three can use diffrent types of drains i dont know which one uses which but one drains hp one drains mp the last drains tp they are all weak
to light if that can help you any
there is another lvl 20 one in the ghelsba outpost its by far the easiest the wings of fury but there are not many things that are good
Enimies: furies X2 colo-colo X1
the astral ring has a 25% drop rate and sales for alot so there is something good try that one before you try the others
