The night was young as the sun was casting its final lights across the desert, the skiest above brilliantly painted with pinks and oranges. Breathing in the cooling air, Elina trotted through the temple as she looked around for Amadeus...having checked his usual spots to no avail. Oh how her heart beated fast just thinking of what she had planned for tonight. A smile crossed her muzzle as she couldn't help the giggle from her lips.
Making her way down to the Rose shrine, she poked her head around the corner before making her way in fully. " 'allo?" She spoke quietly, not wanting to disturb anyone, expecially Vivaldi if he was busy at work with his roses.

For a moment everything was still. Then through some rustling, a familiar head poked out of a peach rose bush, black eyes blinking around as Vivaldi looked around to the entrance of the shrine
“Hello?” he said, and then recognizing her his ears perked up a bit “oh” he said dropping his mouth open slightly and retreating back into the thorny bush.
It did not take long before Vivaldi’s full form was strolling out from an opening between the bushes.
“Elina” the older Malu said smiling softly in greeting “do you need anything?”

Standing a little taller as Vivaldi poked his head out of the bush, Elina smiled bright and chuckled; having a feeling vivaldi would be here no matter what. It seemed he never left this place. Her green tail began to wag as she cocked her head to the side as he removed himself from the current bush he was working on. "Good evening Vivaldi!" She chirped, happy to see him.
However, when he mentioned if she needed anything, a faint pink blush rose on her cheeks, fidgeting her paws as she turned her head to the side. "Actually...yes. Do you know where Amadeus is? I...need to find him." Shyly glancing up to the older malu, she wondered if he knew about her feelings to his foster son...and how he felt about it all.

“aahh” Vivaldi nodded knowingly, his smiling becoming a little wider. Raising a paw to brush the dirt off of one of his legs he glanced back down at Elina “he’s out on patrol still.” He thought for a moment, glancing up the to ceiling at the big gap up top “he’s usually heading back this time. You could try to catch him on the way back” he said nodding towards the door “he comes in from the east”

Patrol? Oh right!! Amadeus had mentioned his daily walks around the temple to keep it save for the innocent and stop crime in its track! Smiling bright, Elina hopped forewards and nuzzled her head against Vivaldi's legs, "Thank you! I hope you have a nice, Vivaldi!" Elina giggled and pranced out of the rose garden and promptly turned east to her desitination.
As she walked along, her mind began to wonder as an oh so familliar blush crossed her cheeks. "Oh man...how am I going to ask him? Its not like I can just go right out and say it. Yet should I really beat around the bush with this..?" Elina sighed slightly, pouting her lips out as she debated this topic on her head while on her search for Amadeus.

It was an uneventful patrol, yet those kind of days always made Amadeus happy. it just meant that for one more day nothing bad happened.
Turning over the events of the day in his head, they where put on hold as he heard a familiar voice up at head, eras perking forward he turned the corner, to his pleasant surprise seeing Elina walking toward him talking to herself. He only caught the last part of what she said, and he thought that would be good conversation opening
“Beat around the bush with what?” he asked a slight chuckle in his voice

Upon hearing the oh so familliar voice, Elina blinked before breathing in a quite 'Oh god no...' As she looked up to see Amadeus. As her cheeks took on a scarlet hue, she mumbled incoherently, before shaking her head and putting on the biggest smile she could muster up. "Amadeus! H-how was your patrol??" She asked in a tone slightly more quicker then she was known for, before taking a breath and calming herself down.
"Actually, I just stopped by the Rose shrine and talked to Vivaldi, he said you were out....and knew I fould find you if I came this way. You really need to get some variety in your habits." She chuckled lightly, her tail wagging lightly.

Amadeus chuckled and walked forward toward
“Ah well, anything to do to keep others safe. Vivaldi just seems to know my patters down even better then I do.” he paused as he let out a sigh “it was quiet. But that’s a good thing actually.” he said calmly. Looking down at her for a moment before continuing on “so how was your day?”

"Oh quite....although it can be boring!!" Elina smiled, blinking up at him before she knew what she had to do. Taking a breath, she let her body calm itself down...yet it didn't seem to work as well as she had hoped it would be. Closing her eyes as her face continued it scarlet blush, she shyly blurted out "Amadeus, IwouldbeveryhappyifyouandIcouldspendtheevening...together.." She breathed out, cracking open an eye to look up at his reaction.

He watched her curiously as she asked him, a very odd question… well he was not sure if it was odd or not, the odd part was that he barely understood what she had said.
Perking his ears forward he went over what she had said again, breaking it down, till he understood what she had asked him. Blinking in surprise he looked back down at her.
“oh… I would” he started then cleared his throat “I would be honored Elina”

Elina's smile widened consideably as she felt her heart flutter in excitement, her tail showing such joy by swaying quickly to and fro. Closing her eyes for a moment as she almost giggled, her doe brown orbs quickly opened as she froliced around him. "Oh good! I mean, thank you for accepting, Amadeus!" She stopped when she was infront of him, trying to hide her overbundance of happiness. "Please, come with me, I promise you'll love it!" She smiled, moving over to his side as she nudged his foreleg to get him walking. "Its not too far, in the forests! I can't believe I stumbled upon it myself." She spoke quite proudly, trotting with a regal figure Amadeus often held.

Amadeus chuckled softly watching her excitement, he was excited to. he had been hoping to spend some time with her. though he was kept busy for most of the day. And he admitted he needed something to do that was fun.
Nodding to her as he followed after her “alright”
Not knowing where she was going to take him, and he had rarely gone into the forest. Though he might have when he was younger.
“What kind of place is it?” he asked, trying to pry a sneak peek from her as to where they were heading

Chuckling softly, Elina gave Amadeus a mischevious glance as she shook her head to his request. "Its a magical and beautiful place. Thats all you're going to get out of me you sly malu." With a light laugh, she moved her body to walk againt his own, willing her blush to not show will all her might. After all, they were on a date...or so she liked to think they were.
Taking a deep inhale, she could smell they were getting even closer, as evident to the smell of running water. Turning her doe eyes up to Amadeus, cocking her head at his ever present look of nobility and sheer elegance. "So...it was just another usual patroll?" She questioned, trying to make small talk to make the trip go by faster.

Amadeus chuckled. letting her head him to her secret place, not pushing anymore information from her, since she was obviously not going to tell anyway. slowing his pace a bit to made sure to walk next to her. though the dignity in his stride refused to falter.
"um hum" he nodded glancing down at her
"didn't even see Loki or Aion today, and no sign of any new unjustlings today."
