Viveka sighed, hands idly gripping at the long under-used controls of her Rev Raptor. The Imperial dino seemed equally as bored. It let out a soft hiss, straining its controls away from the pilot, though she merely grabbed them again and pulled. The Zoid's gears clanked with effort, leaving an obvious impression in the air that it'd been a long while since the last battle.
Moving forward in her seat, Viveka glared at the view of the world outside. "Isn't there anyone around here?" The Zoid answered with a hiss, though it only caused the woman to scowl more. "Fine." With another sigh, she plopped back against the seat and set her head on her hand.Rev Raptor

Kazimori's zoid was stationary quite far from the other zoid but he could see the zoid. It was non-ranged so all he had to do was stay away and this match was his. The Wolf grinned, fangs bared. A flash from her side was just enough to warn Viveka of the oncoming attack. Cursing under her breath, she tugged at the controls, pulling the Raptor back just in time for the shot to speed past her vision. "Who the-?" Anger flared in the volitile femme as she spun on her attacker. What sort of person would attack unannounced?
Squinting into the distance, she was barely able to make out the lines of a canine Zoid. Well, no matter what it was, no one attacked her like that and got away with it! Her lips set in a grimace as she pulled the Rev Raptor around and charged straight at the other. "Take this, you jerk!" She yelled, hitting a few buttons to summon the dual scythe cutters.

The blades hit the zoid skimming the side. The Wolf screamed out and so did Kazimori. Kazimori released another shot and then began running away zig zagging as he went. The Lime Zoid then turned and growled and so did Kazimori as he grinned "This is going to be entertaining"

The Rev Raptor hissed as the shot flanked off its shoulder. But it had been lucky. The damage was minimal. Inside the cockpit, Viveka was still seething. Her nuckles were white as she held the controls. Still, she had enough sense to send the scythe cutters back. They were close enough to get the Command Wolf with a claw attack. The Raptor's claws gleamed as the pilot pushed it forward again.

The Command Wolf growled in unison with its pilot. "Its now or never" Kazimori said to himself. The Command Wolf growled and its eyes lit up. Kazimori pressed the controls on the zoid. The Zoid zoomed up to Rev Raptor. A primal urge in his eye. "AAAAAAAAH" Kazimori screamed as he flicked the switch releasing the cannons fire. The cannons fired at very close range.

The radar screamed as the other Zoid came too close. The pilot was barely able to pull hard enough to get the Raptor to move in time. Luckily, the shot hit the more armored hide of the Zoid, but it left its mark. Hissing, the Raptor sped off, looking as if it would flee. But Viveka wasn't the type to run. A smirk played at her lips. "Let's finished this..." she muttered, sure that the next attack would hit. It had to! Hands flailed at the controls, sending the scythe cutters sliding forward once again.

The Command Wolf flew after the Raptor. Its need to battle had been turned on and there was no going back. It seemed as though Kazimori was going wild. He was on the outside but on the inside he was calm and relaxed. Kazimori grinned as the Wolf bared it fangs. The cannon fired as Kazimori flicked the switch.

Viveka watched in almost horror as her scythes came just short of making contact and instead the Raptor recieved a shot to the face. There was no time to dodge... The pilot coughed as she was flung back hard against the seat. The Rev Raptor let out one last hiss as it collapsed to the side. The impact had damage the sensors and left the pilot without view of the outside world.
Cursing angrily, she rubbed at her neck. This was just not her day. Opening the cockpit, she slid from the restraints and landed on the ground. The pain in her neck made it hard to glare up at her opponent, but she made do.

Kazimori hopped down from the cockpit. "Sorry bout that mate. I didnt figure I would hurt you that bad" The Wolf growled as it leaned down. Kazimori turned "Hey you need some help I have a pal I can get on the horn." Kazimori hid his joy as it was his first win. The Wolf didnt hide it so will. He howled and howled.

"I'm fine. I don't need your help." Viveka removed her hand from her neck. To anyone who knew her, the pilot's refusal when it came to help wasn't unusual. Besides, the Rev Raptor had already began to lift itself, the hidden gears straining and the joint-caps spinning with effort. Knowing it would get up, she didn't even bother to look. She would patch up the Zoid and fix the sensors later. Until then, riding with the cockpit open was no big deal.
The Raptor hissed once it'd risen just a bit, until it could sit back on mechanical haunches. "What's up with you, anyway?" The redhead turned on her opponent again, gloved hands stuffed in her pockets. "Why did you attack without warning?" Normally, she wouldn't have stayed to talk, but her machine needed a little time to cool off. That much was obvious.

Kazimori hopped into the Command Wolf as it had leaned down "Scouting for a good team. It seems you would be good for my team. But so far the team is only me and my Wolf." Kazimori grinned as he rose the zoid to its full height. Kazimori reached down into the cockpit. He then came up, scribbled a number on something. Kazimori threw down the card. He closed the cockpit and moved the controls and they were off.

Viveka watched with idle interest as he paper floated down to her. It seemed rather aimed as it landed a mere foot in front of her. Stepping forward and leaning down to pick up the card, she almost laughed. Almost. "Bold kid," she muttered, pocketing the slip.
She looked up to her Raptor and it leaned to her as the Wolf had done for Kazimori. And as she moved to enter the cockpit, she looked off to watch where the other Zoid had once been. It was long gone now. Shaking her head and sighing lightly, she entered and started off, taking it slow for the still stiff machine.

Kazimori followed her in his Wolf, the cockpit open. "Come on what do you have to lose?" he asked as he sped up to keep pace with the raptor. "Your speed and Close Range combat and my skill with my guns" Kazimori said. "We would never lose"

Unfortunately, with the Raptor's sensors down, Viveka had to ride with the cockpit open, as well. Grumbling, she slid down further in her seat. "I'll think about it," she called back, barely loud enough to hear. Truth was, she really was thinking. Teams tending to make more money, she knew. And if there was one thing this pilot loved, it was money. Shutting her mismatched eyes, she sighed, wondering idly how long he would follow.
