I'm planning on updating my write up on Luffy and I was wondering if you guys could give me your opinion on the strength and speed of this feat.

It looks like in Strength the feat is beyond what Spiderman could do, but not beyond what Hulk or Thor could do. The punches were definately speed blitzed. Overall... damn impressive.

That's a rather vague request. I'll make an assumption, and go by the final hit Luffy made at the end of the clip. Due to him having to smash through the rock, and how he sent his opponent a few hundred metres into the air afterwards, I'd say it's about a 50 to 75 ton feat of strength. The speed is pretty hard to pin down.

His punches also caused Earthquakes and th final punch upturned a couple of buildings that where on the ground.

I considered the earthquake, and the toppling buildings were a result of their structural foundation being shaken, with the earthquake being the main factor anyway. I still stand by my original statement.

Now that I did a little more research on the feats of other people that does seem pretty reasonable. So would it be safe to say that Luffy is capable of using base Hulk level strength? Also given his punch to Bellamy which at least appeared to be no where near that speed. I don't know why but even though he devastated the guy I get the feeling that luffy pulled that punch.) Mind you Bellamy was moving at the speed of sound so it would be fair to say that Luffy can throw supersonic speed punches?
