My brother-in-law was bulimic at one point, so I can somewhat relate. There are multiple ways to try to get her to stop, but when it comes down to it, she won't stop unless she chooses to stop. Self-esteem is a tricky thing, and if she's feeling pressure from her family to lose weight, then it'll be nearly impossible for you to help her in any significant way. Sorry to burst your bubble, but with family issues, a professional counselor is most likely needed. I believe there are links on the main guild page that can lead you in the right direction.
Your support will probably help her more than anything.

Unfortunately, you can't help her very much unless she wants to be helped/get better. That's the way it is with most problems. All you can really do is try to be a supportive friend, and maybe tell her that she is perfect the way she is, attractive, etc. It may actually be bad begging her to stop, because she might get irritated and simply start ignoring you, or she won't turn to you for help if she really needs it. Tell her you are worried, and leave it at that.
If it gets to serious though, you may want to tell someone. Bulimia can be really bad for your health in the long run, and if she is causing serious harm to herself she may need outside help.
