Omg so i saw that movie tonight, and i hated it like 100%, it was thst tupidest s**t iev ever seen and not like funny stupid to me, like i liked jay and silent bob, and dogma and whatnot, but htis stupid was like... what the hell i wasted 8.50 on this? kinda stupid. sorry to all ya'll who like it, but i didnt what so ever!

OMG NO!!! It was so effin funny seriously. That guy is RIDICULOUSLY smart. You might not believe it because of the stupid/gross humor involved, but he is so quick on his feet. That was all improv my dear and that is hard to do. 3nodding

I hate stupid funny. I like witticisms and sarcasm... I like Bill Murray, he's sarcastic... I like Groucho Marx, he's witty... I HATE STUPID FUNNY... the last stupid funny movie I liked was Super Troopers... and even that is semi-witty... the end...

Consise socio-political commentary is smart funny. There is just a lot of dumb funny with it. It is a mix. The dumb funny is to shock.

Well ... maybe I'll see it when it's been out for so long that only the discount theater is playing it. :3 Then I don't have to worry about spending a small fortune on it.

Are the movies expensive? Like $9 - $10 per person. gonk I used to get a student discount and then it was like $7 but that's still blah. Maybe I'm just poor? The discount theater is like $2.50 which means the two of us can see a movie for 5 bucks and that's pretty sweet. But it also means crappy theaters and a movie that's been out forever and will be on DVD soon if it isn't already.

So about the same. It's cheaper just to um.. aquire the movies off the internet (and weeks before they're out in NZ) anyway. It's not cheap of you.. the movies are quite expensive. :3

I like both absurd and clever humor. There was plenty of each in Borat. Mocking stereotypes is a form of satire. Not all of it was funny, and the naked hotel scene went on too long for my taste, but a lot of the movie had me in stitches. It was great.
