I know this sounds like a retarded Idea but it has been done before with Street Fighter,
In 1993 some movie company got the rights to make a live action Street Fighter movie, the result, laughable stuff! they got everything wrong! EVERYTHING WRONG!. Then a video game was released called Street Fighter: The Movie, an obvious rip off of Mortal Kombat (some of the moves were even changed to mimic MK moves)
But luckly Capcom was like "No way we are gonna let this sh*t stand" so they made Street Fighter II:The Animated movie, and it was a huge success world wide.
And now Capcom is making a new Street Fighter II Live Action movie, with good actors that are perfect for the roles, and will actual follow the correct storyline (with Chun Li as the main character, cause in the actual storyline Chun Li was the one who made it to the finals and got to fight M.Bison but Akuma came down and killed M.Bison)
But here's what might happen, what if a company gets the rights from Tecmo, to make a DOA:The Movie Game!? it will suck so bad! so what do you think, will this happen? and if it does would you even give it a chance?
