Hey, it's Silent, the proud owner of ASM. I would personally greet each one of you myself, but then my brain would blow up. Now here are some rules, guidelines and expectations.

exclaim Follow the Gaia ToS- You don't want the guild to deactivated and me to be a real b***h.
arrow Don't be asses here, do it somewhere else on your own time. Don't waste our time trying to beat you senseless.
arrow PG-13 is what I rate this guild because that's what all of gaia is rated. I don't mind if you swear because as you can see I swear a lot. This guild isn't "talk like a pirate" guild, so don't swear every other word.
arrow I'll make plenty of roleplays so don't expect me to join everyone of yours. If I like your plot then I'll join.
exclaim You must at least give up three hours a week to spend roleplaying here. If you are inactive for 14 days I will banned you from the guild. If you have a vaild reason why you could not attend those 14 days I will accept you back.
exclaim Fettish, Jaded, Nightmare, Vindicated, and I are God (me more than them). You will do as we say, our word is law. My word though overpowers theirs.
arrow Be friendly to each other. Help each other out if they need help.
arrow Do not bug me about making you a mod. If I think you are suited to be a mod, then I will ask you through PM. If the guild gets large enough, I will make applications to be a mod, but that's only if the guild gets large enough.

How to Make an Roleplay

arrow The first post should be an introduction about the story.
arrow The second post should be the plot, setting and an update on the roleplay. The plot needs to indepth and be able to make the roleplay move instead of doing nothing. The setting should explain everywhere that the roleplay takes place. The update part should tell new roleplayers what has happened in the roleplay and where they should start. You don't have to do this everyday, maybe every week or so and tell what page you stopped summarizing at.
arrow The third post should be the rules that you choose. Make them reasonable.
arrow The fouth post should be how you would like the profile form the look like.
arrow The fifth post should be the actually people's profiles. Don't post the profiles make the people send them to you. Yes, it's the pain in the butt, but hey, you don't need to start the roleplay until you can get everything organized. It's not like this is barton town, not everyone is bumping to get their roleplay on the front page. The rest of the post can be whatever you want.

When making a guild put a title telling everyone your still in the process of making it and they can't post. Then change the title when you're finish.

FAQ

Okay, I bet you guys are asking a lot of questions to yourself, well here's an FAQ post for some of you who are afraid to post your questions.

question Do I have to post if I don't see a good roleplay?

Yes you do because I want you to stay active. Some former members waited for a good roleplay to come around and found that they didn't post at all which irritated me a lot. So please post in the main forum.

question Do you plan on getting more Mods? Can I be a Mod?

Well, we will be looking for some new Mods, but that will be up to Silent to choose. She'll choose whoever she thinks is a good roleplayer, active and stays with the guild even though she goes into mental breakdowns.

question Where does the gold go if we donate?

All donation and entry fees go to the guild fund and there is no way anyone can withdraw this money. Silent can only spend it on subforums so far.

question Do I get anything for donating?

When we get more people and I'm in need of mods I will assign a mod to give you a special thanks.

question Are there going to be any events? What kind will they be?

When we have more people we will have events for holidays and special occasions. It'll probably be special contests and roleplays. I'll try my best to make events. It hard since I can't really do anything like an egg hunt and stuff.

question Can we make banners?

Yes you can make banners for the guild, just remember to include "A Secret Memory" and "A Literate Roleplay Guild." Please make them suitable for the guild and nothing too out there. Also, please check it with Jaded because she's in charge of advertisement like that.

question Can we advertise guilds within ASM?

Only if that guild advertises ASM in return. Also, it must be a respectable guild. Please ask Jaded about this.

Moderates of ASM

Here's a list of the moderates of the guild. Please, if you have any questions please pm the mod who is in charge of that issue. If there is no mod for that issue, please PM me. If it's urgent then please PM me.

I am the guild captain. I am in charge of everything. Simple as that. PM me if you have any questions or concerns if the mods do not answer them for you.

[fettish]
Fettish is the vice captain of the guild. Her word reigns over the guild, but does not overpower my rule. She is in charge of events and the Artsy Corner. She is co-mod over contest and advertisement. Do not PM her about contest or advertisement. PM the mods who are fully in charge of that area.

JadedLies
Jaded is one of the few mods I have in the guild. She is in charge of advertisement. She makes banners for the guild and pictures for the front page of the guild. She works hard and you should appreciate it. If it wasn't for her then you probably would have no banners and the homepage would look like crap. She also is in charge of the advertisement thread. If you run into any problems with banners or advertisement dealing with the guild of any kind, please PM her.

.Vindicated.Of.Sanity.
Vindicated is another one of the few mods I have. She is in charge of member relations. If you have a complaint about the guild please PM Vindicated. She will deal with suggestions too. She also will PM warnings to those who are not active. Please understand that she is not trying to be mean, she's just doing her job. Please PM Vindicated if you have a problem with the guild.

Dark is the only mod who had once beat me at posting in my own guild. He is an example of a member you should be if you want to be a mod. He's in charge of the contests. The contest are for avatar, poetry, and essays. I do not have much idea about these contests yet. If you have questions about the contest please PM Dark. If you PM me, I will have no idea what to tell you.

Playhouse Theater
This is where you'll find all the roleplays. It's in a separate subforum because I don't want the OoC threads and roleplays to be mixed together. Also, it'll make the main forum less crowded.

Artistic Gallery
This subforum is for those of you who are fabulously creative. Post your stories, poems, essays, drawings, paintings, pictures, anything that's creative. Please do not steal other people's work in this subforum.

This is where all the crew members will chat and talk about the guild or just plain hang out.

This is where all events and contest will be held. When it's open then that means there's an event/contest going on.

You'll find banners and the advertisement things in here. If you'd like to advertise an site or another guild, you can post in there.
