Most people think that Arcade DDR is better but would you rather play the pad at home if you could. I know I would.

Neither. ITG owns both of them. cool

But if I had to pick, it'd probably be arcade. Home versions rarely have great songlists, and their judgement difficulty is usually insanely easy compared to arcade. It's just no fun that way.

But, since I no longer live near a DDR machine, home version's my only option.

I prefer the arcade type, it just seems a lot more amusing for me.

I guess you guys could be right because the arcade game does have better and harder songs. neutral

arcade, because it gives vast more experiences than standing around at home.

Money wise... I'd rather play at home (if I had it). But entertainment wise... I'd play it at the arcade. That and to show off. hehe.

Although I like some of the home-exclusive songs, overall I prefer the arcade.

ITG is overrated s**t, if you ask me

I ratter do both. DDR home pad for practicing.. (If I have a hard pad) And play at the arcades for reals... (Even playing Speed Over Beethoven right in the end! sweatdrop )

I prefer the Arcade because there are more songs, plus the home exclusive ones arent that special. I dont mind spending the money to play!! ^_^ Plus i like to play on Wave and it is only at the mall!! ^^

If I had a metal pad at home, I'd probably rarely, if ever, go to the arcade. But since that's not a viable option, for many reasons, arcade it is. It helps that the arcade machines have more song options, especially the newer mix ones like Max or Extreme.

I prefer arcade DDR for a few reasons:

-as much as I hate to admit it, I am a bar raper on a couple of songs.
-I don't mind paying money because I get to play with my friends.
-it's really fun to show off in front of people who have never seen DDR.
-the songs are better.
-the background videos don't always work on my home version
-i don't get yelled at by my parents to "shut that &*#^ thing off!"

I am starting to change my decision after hearing so many way that the arcade is better. I still think that it is better not to spend so much money though. neutral
