So, lots of people have Deja Vu, right? And most of the time, it's just that feeling until it goes away?
Well, I hardly remember most of my dreams, and I get deja vu a lot. But when I get it, I actually remember what's going to happen next, and whether it's good or bad. And usually, I remember dreaming about having the same deja vu, so it's deja deja vu? xd
Example: In theater class the other day, one of my friends started getting deja vu, so I was trying to think of a random word to yell out, which usually breaks deja vu.
Then I started getting it, and remembered that last time I yelled "moo-cow" and it didn't work, so this time I yelled "pineapple," and it worked.
When I remember what happens next, I can either let it happen, or change it if it's bad.
Do I sound crazy? Should I try to make this go away?

Okay, well I'm starting to get a little worried..
For like the past three months I've been having normal dreams and nightmares, and I actually remember parts of them... Also, since I've been having normal dreams, I've had absolutely no Deja vú... for the past three months! Which is really creepy, because before this started happening I had it at least once or twice every week.. Also, the more I sleep, the more tired it seems like I get. I can sleep, but it's not restful. I've had maybe two or three nights of sleep where I didn't feel worse when I got up.
So, I thought it was just stress because final exams were coming up and stuff like that (only that was weird because I never stress out over exams--I got perfect scores on two of them!), then I figured it was stress because I've been working more than usual at two jobs, plus it's summer so my boyfriend's on edge and I have a hard time dealing with his quick temper...
Well, a week ago I started doing a little yoga before bed to help me relax because I've noticed I have lost almost all of my flexibility (I used to be able to touch my forehead to my knees--with legs straight--or ankles--with legs bent-- without even stretching a muscle...) and I could barely press my palms onto the top of my feet... Well, my flexibility's coming back, and I've done limited astral projection once or twice before bed.. But last night I fell asleep right after I started projecting, and I remember feeling raindrops on my face before going to sleep, so I guess I wished for rain or something (no my roof doesn't have a leak), and this morning when I half woke up the rain was pouring down harder than it has all summer--I could hardly hear anything because it was hitting my roof so hard. (It usually only rains once or twice here all Summer, but this Summer it's been raining evey two or three days..) and when I woke up, my body was sore all over... I slept from around 2:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and I felt like I'd been up for three days... My body is achey, my head's cloudy, I can't stop yawning, and I'm not hungry at all.. (which is weird because I've been hungry almost constantly lately..)
I dunno if I just slept in a weird position or something, but this is the first time it's been this bad...
Also, since I've been healing my spiritual energy, I've become super-empathetic.. More-so than I was before. And my boss is diabetic and going to have to have his foot amputated... It's all swollen up and red with pure white spots.. He's on pain medication, but every time I look at him I get this huge wave of pain stressed

I don't know about deja vu but there are times when I'll be having a dream an I'll realize I've had the dream before. When this happens it almost always goes furture than it did before and I can usually remember it when I wake up. Usually the first time I dream it I have trouble remembering it afterward. Usually the two are months apart but last week I had the same dream two nights in a row, which has never happened before. It was a little odd and made me feel a little strange. I still don't know what made me have that dream two nights in a row. And you know what I still couldn't really remember it.

Yeah, sometimes I won't remember the dreams, but I'll remember that they were like... A continuation of other dreams, or something like that. And the other night I had a dream that I don't remember anything about except that it was like I was in a movie, and when the movie was over I woke up.
All this might have something to do with too much blood sugar... Mum (my boyfriend's mother) took my blood sugar last night three hours after I ate and it was 175. She said that was really high and that anything over 140 was approaching diabetic. I'm 16 sweatdrop

I always seem to dream of certain places I haven't been, and when I do go there, I get that spooky feeling.
Sometimes I have to change what would happen in real life to shake off that feeling, so I don't feel I'm repeating it. A few events tend to repeat over and over in feelings.
