Some wild tought just crossed my mind so I decided to write it here:
.What if all the Akatsuki members (Akatsuki Leader, Zetsu, Deidara, Tobi, Hidan, Kazuku, Blue Haired Member, Itachi and Kisame) fighted against all of the young 10 Ninjas? (Naruto, Sai, Sakura, Hinata, Ino, Chouji, Shika, Kiba, Shino and probably on some weird but understandable way, Sasuke)
.How would the battles be distributed? (ex: Hidan - Kiba)

I don't think that Sasuke should go against Itachi because he would get too emotionally worked up and loose his cool.

Purple dragon lady I don't think that Sasuke should go against Itachi because he would get too emotionally worked up and loose his cool. I feel like Sasuke changed (not in the good way but in the sort of, keeping your cool) if he challenged Itachi again there are more chances that he gets killed or actually wounds Itachi. Sasuke (even with that power of his) still can't beat Itachi, he needs the Mangekyou Sharingan, which, apparently, Kakashi got without doing the ''requirement'', so what I think is if Kakashi sees Sasuke again he at least has to show it to him

Akatsuki are just a tad too strong (or unique) to be taken on by one Shinobi at this time.

Itachi could pwn them all without even trying Kyuubi would get outta hand quickly, believe me, if Orochi would've stood longer fighting against him he would've gotten seriously wounded, and the power between Itachi and Orochi isn't that great of a difference. Sasuke got stronger, he controls the lightning affinity, though doesn't have Mangekyou Sharingan, but does have 3 tomoes (which is the last normal stage of Sharingan). Shikamaru probably is as smart as him, though not as quick and powerful. Well, the rest has their advantages, Ino would aid in combat, probably Hinata too.

I just don't think they're strong enough to actually be a threat at the moment >< Unless they all ganged up on one at a time razz

Not even questionable. They'd be walking stright into a slaughter house, with the way they are now, at least. Plus, they don't know team combat like that. Say if they did do an ambush, they wouldn't be able to manuever around each other's fighting with out getting hurt by there team. They are to used to working in groups of four.
