Is there anything more we can get from our donations as they grow? More than just being a crew member I mean.

Well...I wouldn't think so....A donation is supposed to be just that...A DONATION.
In order to receive a reward, it would have to be something different, like a trade, or purchase or upgrade or something. To expect a reward for something you do out of kindness is wrong and sort of dumb; If the leader of the guild or anything else feels that you deserve something for your generous offerings, then you shall receive.

Well ... I'm not so sure about that..... I always wanted to do something like that but, I could never figure out what.... I mean what Kyrox said is also VERY VERY true.... A donation is supposed to be a kindess thing and remember its not just for me its for the whole guild.
BUT! I also see where your coming from..... I believe that maybe I'll make a hall of fame thing that goes on. Maybe whoever donates the most so forth so on. The person with the lively-est thread, the person who can enroll the most new members and crap. MAYBE if I'm able to I'll give rewards but thats only if i have the gold or donation items available to. [Which wouldn't be so possible right now... I have no credit card available for me now...]

Improving the guild should be top priority for you, Toxic, not rewarding people for doing what they're supposed to be doing in the first place. I suppose that if you feel guild members deserve rewards, one answer would be to hire someone to help you manage the guild, perhaps put them in charge of a certain part of the guild to help you manage. As the guild grows, so does the responsibility, and dividing that responsibility will ease your burden.
... Wow... I'm so freakin cheesy... And I STILL talk way too formally...
