I'd like to discuss the tournament, and how does everyone feel about the way it was setup and such. i.e, Does anyone see any problems with it in mind of future bouts.

We really need full profiles on all active participants in the tournament. I personally am having problems judging the Nolah and Deaden fight. Quick distraction method> *switches to a new subject* - What happened to all the profiles?
- What are the current rankings of students and so forth...
- Jutsu Restrictions per ranking?? Genin are not allowed to have A+B
- Bloodline discovery?
- Profiles on members participating in active rp?
- Other concerns?
- Can we create a GNA history or world thread...
- You know to create a time line of events both known and unknown in
GNA world... It would be helpful to place a family and blood line in
according to events.
- Also to create a common geography of Gaia...
- Create a firm location for the GNA, placement of Hidden villages
and the like.
Just some thoughts that prop up. It would also help with permanent character development. Could we also set up a sliding time scale... Or a time scale at the very least, marked by events that occur... stuff like that.

Speaking as Secretary of the GNA Administrative Board here are answers.
With the leaving of Tutsumi he took with him all of the GNA Info and Things like that, which were considered to him and others "His Ideas" And with that, much of what you see now had been deleted. I'm not sure how 00hrs was deleted but it was.
The Current Rankings of the Students has been assigned to each Sensei of their repective element. As you can see in out Tsuchi Dojo, I have kept up as best as possible, and seemingly so does Neko, but he now has lack on online time, and his situation is getting sorted out.
Genin are limited to the number of A and B jutsu, as you know within the history, they can have a "bit" of Power, but many of which are as you see, slightly if not substantially over powered, brining back the dead full body healing etc. Those people are being monitored. However, they were accepted into the Dojo at a Time when Tut was around, and Members now are being accepted to keep a high on activity and not neccesarilly good RP. I however read the acceptance applications and still accept and deny the same as always.
Bloodlines...Up to the characters and RPers own development. Of course they will be notified of GM'n ASAP, however with the strict Tutsumi who's abilities with such actions were more than "on point" for lack of better term, lots of things have been slipping under the net, especially with people involved in their own personal RP's. There was an epidemic in love affairs before your activity which has died off a bit, along with Sensei activity.
Again those profiles are mandatory to be placed. If none are seen, slipping as ususal.
To Create a GNA history, I will look into Talking with Kohyoh, and Tut, whom keeps most of the GNA documentary.
You can do the timeline if you wish, I'm not considered VET by some people mainly becasue IRL I'm actually quite busy.
A Map was once had, but i belive that was taken by Tut. I see where you're getting at, we should colaborate with Neko and some oldies. If anyone has the old GNA format it would be much appriciated, if nothing, maybe we can steal whats left from the begining of this guild and refurbish it.

A bit. Just trying to get it all organized is the first step.
As for the A + B, I forgot that the techniques them selves had actual ranks. But what I was getting at was limiting the amount of jutsu's that ordinary Will of Fire Ninja's use. Considering Mr. Rebirth this should show a lot of things...
I would be in favor of the ranking system being centralized for the five main elements, while the higher ones got their own.

I'm not mad or anything just curious. I kinda like to stream line this place. Rather then let tares get settled with wheat.

We can still open discussion as a medium to craft the world of the GNA. Maybe we shoud start working on it in a different thread...
Such as the chatterbox to receive input, and make canon historical events, while we use the new people come here first sub forum to place our finished work.

Hmm, not such a bad idea. However i see with the current lack of "Administrator Support" this place is just as useful and active as a banned server, do we hope to see a change in appointing new people to high positions or rather, increase activity between any wish-washy scally-wag that comes along? Not that we have the options to be picky however...
