xD Good question.
First you'd have to find a free webhost for your site. I honestly wouldn't know any, but I'm sure that if you used a google or yahoo search bar, you'd find something.
Other than that, I'm clueless. Hopefully someone else in this guild can help you. <3

it depends...do you want something simple or something that invovles a lot of html and css?
If you're going for simple, I suggest Piczo, easy and creative, good for pics and creative designs, also for bios, galleries, and probably anything else a beginner could want.
If you're going for more complicated, I suggest Geocities, but you need a yahoo account for that, Angelfire, but I've heard it doesn't work too well, or Bravenet, which is probably the best one of the three.

Yes, whatever you do, be careful of Angelfire. Images and multimedia tend to get very screwed up on there.
Let us know when you get your site up! I'd kind of like to start one myself. 4laugh

I always use Freewebs.com, when I have a project to do, or something. I've made fansites too, but I've taken them down, because they either got hacked or ruined. confused
But I basically taught myself about HTML and stuff. That's actually a complex site, so unless you have help or at least some experience, don't use it.
