Would you count Hana Yori Dango AKA Boys over Flowers as a School Anime I would because it revolvs around this group of teens in a rich Japanese school!   The girl is Tsukushi and you will only see her weiring their uniforms because the boys are from the most powerful familys and they don't have to follow any of the rules!
