I'm doing something stupid: having a debate in GD.
The person I'm trying to argue with- Well, i'm about to just drop it, because they're ignorant and defeatist beyond means. I'm not going to link to it because it's too depressing (just look up my posts if you REALLY feel like it) but basically she's saying that a problem is soooo big and soooo expensive to deal with that we shouldn't deal with it at all, even though it's going to cost us a lot more if left unaddressed.
And man, that pisses me off. =/
Discuss anti-activists, debates, retards, whatever.

I try not to start conflict in the GD or on Gaia because the person you're debating with doesn't achieve anything, just pisses you off. evil

THAT REMINDS ME OF THIS ONE TIME.
Some a** was all "i smarter than all u" and I was all, "WRONG, b***h" and we got into this ENORMOUS debate that went nowhere then my mom almost caught me so I had to get off.

I don't debate in GD anymore becuase I don't value anyone's opinion over the internet.
I always think they're playing on their anonymity and trying to gain e-popularity.

The Mighty Z-Rex Phasm I just had flashbacks to being on the debate team. Mommys from the rich white neighborhoods judged. Mommys who knew nothing of rhetoric, foreign policy, International trade, or even global history acted as judges. The worst part was the head up a** opponients who hire speach writters and whine when ever you think outside the box enough to come up with a question their coach didn't make a pc statement for.
