Mm yep. My friend had looked and had told me that it was Hyoton... I am still a bit unsure if it is or not.

No.. Shiro is NOT Haku's last name. In a dub(I can't quite remember the country) they changed Haku's name to Shiro. Fans mistook this, and said that Shiro was his last name, but that is not correct.

According to Kishimoto-sama, Haku still has last name, and is one of the only characters with no last name.
