Alright, here's the storyline as follows.
It's been about three years after the Otogakure attacked for the second time on the village hidden in the leaves. The village lacked it's protectors, and now is no more. The village hidden in the sand attacked Otagakure in response, for power, and then the entire lands collided in a violent war. There is a bloody rampage across the land, and the only thing keeping the few remaining ninja's from death are their own survival skills.

-Gaara sat quietly atop his own roof, the large gourd on his back silent. He recalled the days when it quivered and shook, craving blood and destruction. But ever since that day that failure kyuubi...thing, had bested him in battle, he just wasn't the same. He shook his head, removing the thoughts from his head. No matter. It was probably blind luck that Naruto had bested him. He will get that boy again, he assured himself of that. He looked at the moon, his form silhouetted against the pale glow of the moonlight, and spoke quietly, just enough for a passerby below to hear.-
"...Tonight...is a full moon...."

Neji sighed, closing his pale eyes. "The world is so bland sometimes." He whispered into the atmosphere. The crisp autumn air filled his lungs as he plopped himself onto the dark green grass of the Hyuuga Compound. Opening his orbs he tilted his face to the full moon. "Almost as bland as the ball of rock."

The raven haired Uchiha wandered the dark alleys of the village, his hands in his pockets. The security around this place had really slipped. He looked up to the sky to see the large, beautiful full moon, not obscured by any clouds or city lights. He smirked and continued to walk. He looked around at the mouth of the alley and his eyes fell on Gaara. Well, wasn't this a...pleasant surprise. He continued walking, hoping to avoid confrontation with the other.
Unseen eyes watched Neji carefully as he paced around his Compound. Kabuto had positioned himself quite cleverly in a nearby tree with plenty of foliage. He knew that if Neji decided to use his Byakugan, then it wouldn't really matter where he stood or sat, he would still be seen. But, he would stay here and observe for as long as the night allowed.

Haku yawmed softly, sitting in the park alone. It was something he did once a month, just to look at the moon. Zabuza never really minded him sneaking out, of course he had been caught on numerious occasions, though tonight he was alone. He kind of felt happy to be alone once in a while.
Neji sighed softly, not bothering to stand up even though he wanted to. Sometimes he would wish for somebody to come talk to him, even if he was anti-social half the time. He didn't care, he just wanted somebody to get to know other than the Hyuuga main branch, even if that person was the lowest scum in the land.

Kabuto stifled a yawn and switched positions. The shift in weight caused him to fall off of the branch. He landed on his back into a bush below. With a quiet umf and a hiss of pain, Kabuto managed to keep himself under control. Of course, Neji was sure to have heard him. Only a deft and blind person wouldn't be able to detect him now.

-The red-headed murderer stopped walking when he felt something in the air. Something he had once craved. He slowly turned in place, looking to what was there, when his eyes fell upon the Uchiha. Pleasant Surprise, was the term. He slowly strode towards the Uchiha, and just passed him by, shoulder's scraping. He really just wanted to see Sasuke's reaction, would he turn and fight, would he run in fear, would he make some comment that would be his inevitable demise? It did not matter, in any case. Gaara just passed by, muttering lowly.-
"Evening...Uchiha...."

Neji turned his head back quickly, startled by the sudden sound of a fall. "Byukagan!" He shouted as softly as he could, looking for what had detected the sound.
Sighing, yet again, he spoke sternly, "Come out. I can see you're here so there is no sense in running."

Kabuto grumbled to teh dirt, "Of course you can see me," he shifted and pulled himself into a sitting position. He wasn't planning on running. He would probably end up spraining something and he really wasn't in the mood for a chase down. He looked directly at Neji, "There, now you see me."
Sasuke watched the back of Gaara. He had no idea why the present Kazekage had wanted to bump into him or gain his attention. Gaara didn't still want to kill him, did he? Sasuke shrugged away the thoughts, "Good evening, Kazekage."

Neji rolled his eyes, walking up to Kabuto. "What are you doing on Hyuuga land?" He glared down at the man with specticals. "This isn't some place for just anyone to hang around."

"I just happened to be passing by, leaping from tree to tree and watching all the little peoples of the village." the annoyance could be heard in his voice. He wasn't annoyed with Neji. Oh my, no. He was upset with himself for being such a fool. He blew some of his silver hair out of his eyes and leaned back on his hands,"I suppose you are going to kick me out now."

Neji closed his eyes to ponder it for a moment. Maybe not. It's not like I enjoy sitting alone every night. He opened one eye to study Kabuto. "You...may stay, but you have to keep me company." He crossed his arms over his chest, opening the other eye.

Kabuto chuckled at Neji's propsition,"All right. I guess I will stay." He stood and brushed himself off. He stepped over the and stood beside Neji. He looked down at the younger male, his eyes twinkling,"So, how are you tonight?"
