So I got FFIII for the DS and it has a Wi-Fi option...but never having played a Wi-Fi game for the DS before, I'm confused as to how this is supposed to work. I got the web code and all that set up, but how do I use the Wi-Fi to talk to other players and such?

In order to use the Wi-Fi feature in the DS you have to have another person within a certain range of your DS that has the same game that can also use the Wi-Fi feature.

Its a wireless network of sorts it uses the Wi-Fi feature to communicate with another DS in order to do things with one another. In Animal Crossing you could use it to visit one anothers towns, in Metroid, Mario Kart you could use it to compete against one another.

Ah....that kinda sucks. I wish it connected to the net instead so you could play with a bunch of people from all over like the Xbox and Playstation systems can. It's much more fun than playing with the person sitting next to you.
