He huffed silently to himself as he roamed around the area. He was currently fighting back the feeling of loneliness that was trying its best to consume him, and he thought back to who he had met the past few days to ignore the feeling. Growing up in a close Kalona herd hadn't taught him that some Kalona liked being alone... and his twin brother (whom he doubted he'd ever see again) had raised him in a way most Kalona he knew would never be raised. He growled quietly, frustrated with his lack of intimidation due to his speech. He still hadn't figured out why he spoke like he did, just that he spoke like that, and that was how he grew up.

He was horrible at the modern language, he knew, but he would just have to breeze through it; like flying in a smooth air current with no effort. He was tired of thinking in circles as well. Why did he do that when he was by himself? He snarled again--at himself, of course--and decided to quit his aimless roaming and settled beneath a giant oak tree.

This one hast no seeming purpose in mind now, he thought sullenly. Bloodred eyes stared out into the sky, where he swore he saw a flickering image of his family, all flying across the sky. Rediculous! he ordered at himself. Quit thine imaginings; 'tis truly pathetic...
