Egads...before my sudden revival on gaia, I totally forgot I should post this here! So.....*drumroll*
Basically - what it is, is a fanmade project to create a small sort of promotion animation for Dragon Knights. I'm currently in the storyboarding process and have two batches of storyboards completed. Which can be seen here:
The animation is going to be about a minute and twenty seconds (when you take in to account credits and blackouts) The music to be used in the video is called "Reppu" from the Harukanaru Toki no Nakade - Hachishyou soundtrack. The song is about a minute and eleven seconds. You can download the song here:
I will repeat this in case it wasn't made clear the first time, but this is a fanmade video! It doesn't mean that there's actually going to be a Dragon Knights television series. However that would be nice. ^^ This project will be animated though so it will be a small tribute of animation to a series that would make for a very entertaining anime.

Whoa, a fanmade DK anime. I can't wait to see what it looks like. The storyboard is good. sad It's too bad I can't listen to the music since I don't have a mp3.

Also! You can do animation? I'm gruesonly jealous. XDD;;; Not that I've ever tried or even looked up how it's done... but I still adore this project. ^^=

That makes me happy to hear, Kai. Honestly though, if you have ideas or anything like that, you're welcome to drop them by me. I'd be quite happy to hear them. Just leave a comment on the lj community or you could even put it here. Seriously my ears are fully open.
And actually, I'm currently looking for ideas on how to present the dragon officers because my first ideas have come out kinda crappy on paper.

hmm... That would be a hard one -_- Harder still since it's not just the concept, but the fact that whatever you choose you have to animate, and it has to be as perfect as possible if it's to represent the only animated portion of Dragon Knights to exist for who-knows-how-much-longer -_- and you don't want it to look... odd (you had some issues with coming up with a not so - OMG Cliche intro to all of them it sounds?) but you want it to be... fitting. How are you wanting to do this? Sliding in pictures? (like some of the op shots from D.N.Angel - as they slide in the overlays of Riku, daisuke etc) or having a quick scene dedicated to each? How much time on each officer? Are you planning on alluding to any of the overplots, like Black Education for Kaistern for example? sweatdrop Sorry for all the questions >< My mind just started going on it for a sec, at .... O.o early >< I should probably be sleeping right about now lol sweatdrop
I don't know how often i'll be on through this month but i will seriously be giving it some thought ^ ^ And even if i can't come up with any winning ideas, well... I'll at least hope to be a voice of encouragement through this ^o^ That i can definatly be i hope >< And anouther sounding board ~.^
And also i should be hopefuly re-reading quite a few of the volumes again (hopefuly in order lol) so if anything springs out at me i'll be sure to hunt you out and shout at you about it ^^;
(No - though don't worry >< I shall try to not be so aggrivating ^ ^ lol)
I'll bounce ideas at you though - definatly. Good luck with what you have now! (animating's some very hard work it looks like, so i wish i could be of more... technical help sweatdrop but i guess i'll stick to what i have - Combing existing volumes, and brainstorming sweatdrop )

You're making an animation, Hiryu? That's so cool! OMG...just noticed, you're bearmoon on dA. I'm PGthegreat13. X3 I dunno...I thought it was humorous when I noticed. sweatdrop If you want someone to do backgrounds(non-animated, since I don't own flash), I'm your girl. ^-^

And I'll definately take you up on your offer for backgrounds when I get to that point. Thank you soo much for the offer!
And I come bearing some updates for the Sacred Project! Well, okay, just one. I went up to the mountians for a little vacation over the holidays and I tried my hand at doing a small pencil test for the animation. It's really small, but I figured you all might like to see how it turned out.
