As the door slid open, the sounds of slippered feet moving towards the entrance was easily heard. Though the sounds seemed kind of… shy and nervous more than anything else. A slim girl wearing a formal kimono hurried into view, her black hair carefully tied back into a traditional bun, not a single strand allowed out of place. Her blue eyes were gentle as she bowed before her latest guest. “Welcome to the Euphoria Spas. The all in one place to find your spiritual center and balance. I hope you find your stay enjoyable.”
Her somewhat shaky and timid voice only added to her entire aura, which just radiated a nervous that went much deeper than being shy around people. “Please, come this way to register and collect your room key…” As she turned to head towards a desk that was set in the center of the room, the cloth of her kimono caught under her foot and she fell with a soft thud.
But no matter how soft the sound, a distant door slammed open and a harsh female voice rang out, causing the fallen girl to cringe in fear. “Mizumi! Are you disgracing yourself in front of customers again?!”
“I… I’m sorry!” Hurriedly picking herself up, she dusted off her outfit as best she could, letting the other woman rail at her as much as she could. Swallowing hard, she breathed a sigh of relief as the door was slammed shut again and she looked at the guest sheepishly. “Please ignore that.. anyway… it’s this way…”

For those who had been to Shinjuku Bathhouse, it was obvious there were some rather obvious differences between that place and here. The first that would be noticed was how Euphoria had sleek white walls and black tiling, which could be possibly be black marble or something equally expensive. Past the entrance way, where there were places to either side to place ones shoes, slippers were aligned on the stop so customers had something warm to slip into. There were only three doors that could be seen and each was directly across from the main receptions desk in the center.
Through the left door was the spa area, where one could soak and rest a weary soul from long days of either studying or magic casting. Or.. other strenuous outdoor or indoor activities. To the right was the salon. Wish to get a make over? Try a new hair style? The Euphoria Salon was the best place for it! All the attendants were carefully skilled, so they shouldn’t mess up anyone badly! Unless they were new students, of course.
The final door was marked ‘Employee’s only’. Ah, must be the staff room.. but surely, one had to be allowed back there one in awhile, right? It also seemed to be the direction in which that voice had sounded before...
