some say it is as used-to-be hardcore AC:WW players camp outside of best buy and futureshops alike.
IS THIS THE END?!?!

Not for me. It'll be a long time before I can afford a Wii.

Well, I'm also guessing it might be dinner in some places or they have to share computer time so they wouldn't be on Gaia.

Nintendo only makes a certain ammount, and every story gets a certain ammount. even though you don't have one, millions of others who want it didn't get it by the end of today either, me being one of them.

New systems on release dates are a waste of time. Internal problems making you pay more money, oh wait... that's Sony & Microsofts problem sweatdrop

But don't worry, people play games on what they want, yes people will be all for the Wii when they get it, but like all consoles, it gets old and we go back to a regulaur gaming schedule.

so no, Wi-fi will continue on, Nintendo will find a way to allow us to be able to play Animal Crossing and transfer our characters from WW to the Wii Animal Crossing. we know it'll happen eventually.

I dont have one. And I might not get one. I'm not sure yet. Does anyone know if it is backwards compatible?

It's supposed to support BC from what I've read on gamesites. I've also heard that it's not a feature that is working right now. That may change, but you never know.

It plays any nintendo discs. (EX: GCN discs, which i'm guessing is what you're talking about.) heart

I'll probably get one closer to the holidays or early next year, I'm not swimmin' in the cash right now, if you know what I mean.

Da. It was. And on that basis, I'm now debating whether to get one now.

I'd like one. There's a chance my hubby and I can convince his mom to get us one and we can pay her back slowly, but it seems a slim chance

What!? $250 is too much?
Well anyways. The Wii can play gamecube games and you can go online and download official real old Nintendo Classics like the original Mario and up to the N64 Zelda. Or download Mario RPG and the seven stars. Of course they are not free, they cost Wii points. $20 bucks at any video game store and they sell you a card that has 20,000 Wii points on it. Scrath off the thing on the back of the card to see a valdating pin an dtype it in the Wii and voila! Wii points to spen and buy ALL Nintendo games, the best of Sega genisis, and Turbo Graphx games.
