1. Prolly an autograph on whatever I happened to have with me (shoe...piece of litter...pants...whatever)
2. What kind of sunglasses he wears (cuz they're so freaking cool)
3. In his opinion, who in the band has the best/worst hygiene on tour
4. Maybe a hug (prolly be too shy)
5. Why the ******** is he in my town? Are they doing a show?!

I would be extremely nervous, but try to keep it on the down low. I mean, I wouldn't want to embarrass myself in front of him. I would try to ask him to sign something for me. And if I had the courage I'd ask him for a hug and a picture. Then just let him go. I would cherish that memory forever <333
I seen on an interview with MCR that Bob said he didn't like the attention from girls. He said he was in someplace, and he was heading out of the restroom, and a girl was standing in the corridor and she started screaming and shouting, "IS THAT YOU!? OMG IS THAT YOU?" And he was really freaked out about it and all. He said he wanted his fans to treat him like a normal person. So that's what I would try to do, without my nerves getting in the way sweatdrop
