The guild is not dead! So rest assured. It's more along of line of being revamped. Also, I am trying to set up a system that will keep the guild more self-operative --

So this is what I am going to do, since a few of you already volunteered to be on the staff, I am going to list the jobs you guys can choose from. I think by dividing the jobs, guild management would be a lot easier.

Treasury Management: This goes without saying, this job will manage the money that come and goes in between assignments. Also write down each transactions so there won't be any confusion.

Lottery Management: In order to keep the promise of bonuses for finished assignments, we need someone that can keep our lottery thread going. The job is to keep the revenue flowing so we'll have a stable reserve for future/emergency use. A new lottery account will be made for lottery puposes only.

Assignment Staff: This job requires the staff members to observe the forum and discuss about future assignments with the members. The task will allow one week period to decide on several assignment ideas. Every wednesday, one of the staff member will post the poll with those ideas. Several positions are available for this one.

Lastly, I'll be the one that makes the assignment thread and to keep the staff in check.

P.S. Oh yeah, since Celleh, Elly, and Noretus already volunteered... just let me know what job interests you guys.
