The great white god had moved from teh Pridelands, happy with himself that he got to see his mortal friend Wahabu again. He was glad Wahabu was alright, still kept strong to their friendship, it made him beam with pride.. Other things were on K'Anatak's mind as well now. The thing Bathsheba had told him, to stand beside his duties, do what he could for others. Another thought crossed his mind as well;
Momo.
How long had it been since he had seen her? That time he met with her, probably one of the only times he could remember when his smile was warm and his heart adn body felt the same. But now, he was alone out here in the roguelands, nothing before him but emptiness. What could be roaming out here? He wasn't particularly sure. But K'Anatak was content with himself, that was for sure.
"What may cross my path today?" he wondered aloud, as his paws kept carrying him onward.

While it seemed that the white gods mood was in the positive light, the crimson god's mood was anything but. He couldn't help but feel hostile today. One mood to the next. He hated how he had no control over himself. This hatred only came on the days where he couldn't fight how he felt. It almost felt as if another was toying with him, making him feel what he didn't.
He would always lay the blame on Laana. It wasn't until after he had met her, spent some time with her, and listened to her babble, that he had begun to really lose himself. Infuriating.
And so when he overheard the other, he allowed himself to appear infront of the white god. White...pure white....was Daths' least favourite colour. So pure, so...untainted. Oh how he wanted to add a little...red to the mix. Oh yes.
A sinister grin appeared on his face before he spoke. "Oh, perhaps Chaos does, white one."

K'Anatak was faced with a pelt of crimson and black, looked familiar...K'Anatak frowned. He hadn't wished to see those two colors for a while now, since he met with that goddess he had failed. Perhaps they were related? Wait, no, that one's family had all been killed. Chaos then? Hmm...rage and Chaos, they could link really.
"Chaos? Such an interesting domain it must be, not as interesting as others though," K'Anatak said with a nod. The one that was truly spectacular in a strange way was War, that of K'Anatak's father, Mrost. Oh yes, Mrost was power and strength he was.
"Why must you grin at me Chaos? Have I done anything to you? Perhaps in a past life?" he was using the word 'Chaos' as this one's name. Perhaps he should do the same for his own? "I am that of Reflection, what brings Chaos out here hmm? What perhaps might you be thinking?" his tail flicked. He had a hunch this might turn...strange.

Well well well....quite full of questions, wasn't he? Dath humored with the idea if he peeked inside that little white skulls of his, it'd be only full of more questions. Perhaps if he was Reflection, perhaps if he was just a fool.
"Well, Reflection...no wonder you're so full of questions. Are they always towards others?" He huffed, ruffling his wings before folding them up tightly. "I am only letting myself float in my thoughts, nothing more. You are quite the nosey one, though." His golden eyes glared at the deep, black eyes. Hmph.

K'Aantak flicked his tail, tilted his head at him, so strange he was. Should he delve into what this one hated? Perhaps, perhaps not. "Sometimes, but it is what I am meant to do, ask questions, try to help, it is within my power, so I must do my duty within it..."
Why did Chaos seem so...angry? Had he done something wrong? Perhaps Chaos wasn't used to seeing such pure creatures before him, if K'Anatak was considered pure. He had made mistakes in the past, but had repented for them, "I ask question of myself too, but in questions, I have found something, a light to keep me going. Not just my will of doing what I must...
Do you have such a thing Chaos? Something to live for besides what you are meant to do?"

The God of Chaos did his best to not laugh at this other god. "Light? Light for what? My life is lived as nothing but the hatred and confusion in the could of mortals. I thrive, live off of it. So why should I worry myself about trying to fix things that aren't my problem?"
He sneered, though now with anger, but with tease. Just what next useness nonsense was this God was going to spit out. He sure wanted to know. Keep him humored for a time before he grew bored and left.
"I'm sure you've found many things, Reflection. More then just only being in yourself....being a male that you are." he purred seductively. Any male was sure to feel the tightening in it's loins when it found one that it cared for, lusted for. He had certainly found one, though he had not acted on it yet.

K'Anatak narrowed his black eyes at this god. How dare he act so...there wasn't even a word for how he was acting. He seemed so concerned with himself and his pleasures that he seemed to not care about anything else. Well, must make sense, being Chaos and that sort of thing.
He tilted his head in confusion, did he just...purr? This one was truly strange. K'Anatak huffed and straightened his posture out, "Perhaps I have, but at least the one I have seemed to fall for might actually give me more then just a passing glance, I doubt she or any like her would give you a second thought."
As if Chaos could find someone to love. Ha! That was truly a good joke.

Dath'charukai would certainly not like to be thought of as 'strange'. But he was no mind reader, and thus kept up his little charade. This was entertaining, but he wouldn't push Reflection too hard. He just wasn't in the mood to be too cruel. He had already gotten that out of his system.
"Well, a little sure of ourselves, aren't we? I'm one to not bother with love. It would get into the way of things, as I've discovered." He scowled a bit, not able to fully hide what he thought, but eh...he coudl always ignore anything that Reflection would try to get out of him.

This was getting no where it seemed, just, small talk. But Dath thought nothing of love? How could he say that! K'Anatak was told of what love is like by Momo, the goddess of love. He would never forget the words she had said to him, or what she looked like. Neither would be forgotten, he would never forget Momo...ever.
K'Anatak closed his eyes, the darkened eyes delving into the mind of Chaos, it was strange in his mind. So many things out of place. A name though, a vague image, silhouetted against everything else, yet prominent in his mind. SO he did hold some sort of attraction for another.
"A name and female is in your mind, though you speak words of not bothering with love. Perhaps it is not love yet, but attraction there Chaos...towards one named-" K'Anatak opened his eyes, Black peering into the orbs or Chaos, "Laana."

Dath's brow quirked as he spoke of the black and red stain on his heart. Oh? So this god was quite the nosey one. Peering into places where he didn't belong. Dath reigned in his hostility. It would do no good...not now. But perhaps...
"Oh, so you know of my dear Laana. She is only a mere plaything to me, as we are to each other." He said without emotion, his face barely moving except to speak. "I highly doubt it will go anywhere. She has infected me with mortal emotions. Uncertainty, jealousy, curiosity...I should snip that bud soon enough."
He shifted the weight his paws carried before continuing. "Though it sounds like you have a much better example of this love, do you now?" He quirked his other brow now, trying to get just enough information out of the white god....

K'Anatak's face grew unimpressed with Chaos. He just liked to toy with others and throw them aside? How cruel! K'Anatak, if he could, would damn Chaos to a far far corner of this Earth, to dwell in the darkness alone, so he himself could become his own plaything, making his memories become real, amusing himself with nothing but pointless things he seemed to dislike.
"Yes in fact," K'Anatak stated firmly, warmth in his heart as he thought of her, "she means something to me, she told me what love is, she seems to know the concept of love very well. Love would be very displeased with you," he would not use her nickname. But then he thought of something.
No...
He said her domain like a name.
Chaos wouldn't....do something, would he?
K'Anatak was getting frantic in his head, Chaos wouldn't do such a thing, not to a goddess would he? No. that would be unheard of, perhaps he was just blowing things out of proportion.

How innocent this god was. Acting as if he was better the Chaos. No, to Dath, he was a very, very high god. Reflection was nothing compaired to Chaos. Not at all.
And Chaos would prove it. Reflection had let up one little slip....and he would regret it for the rest of his memory.
Plus one for Chaos. Vicotry.
It was nearly impossible for Dath to not grin the sadistic grin that would give anyone a chilld down their spine. No, he had to act like he didn't even catch the connection.
"This Love is a fool." He said blandly. "Love is for mortals. It's such a tainted emotion, nearly anything can come of it." He offered Reflection a shrug, as if he was indifferent. He flicked his tail as he pulled himself up to stand. "Love brewd jealousy, hatred, contempt....even chaos in hearts."

K'Anatak stood his ground, fluttered his wings on his forelegs and watched Chaos. He grinned in a way K'Anatak didn't like. If he made the connection then..then he would have to go and find Momo fast before Chaos could. But how fast could Chaos ride in the winds? Plus, K'Anatak was exhausted form all the traveling he had done recently.
What could he do?
"But love..." K'Anatak began, retaliating to Chaos's words, "Love can bring about hope and happiness and new meaning to life and duty and dreams. Futures can be made from love, life can be created from love..."
He was feeling tired now, why was he so tired? The sun was fading away, night crawling towards, soon the moon would be high overhead, stars out to play. He remembered what he had done for Momo right before nightfall, he wished he was with her to do it again now.
He lay on the ground, in a comfortable spot, peered at Chaos with dark eyes, "No matter what you say, the feeling I hold for Love will not change..."

Dath smirked. Oh yes, he'd have fun with this one.
"Well, you can carry on with your dillusional 'love'. I, on the other hand, am going to find something a little more entertaining. Something..." He peered over at the other, noticing that he seemingly had drifted to sleep. Well, fine. Just piss Chaos off more. Definately not good. You play with fire, and you get burned.
And Dath had just the plans for this.
He'd find out who Love was...and taint it. Just to shut this Reflection up.
He turned away and walked off, the grey smoke that soon followed to take him to another place. He'd run into Love soon...it would be fate. And he'd make it that was.[fin]
