Someone who has thoughts about the same sex, but isn't sure about their sexual orientation. Or it could just mean, someone who is not sure about their orientation. They're 'curious'.
That is what it means to me at least.

Well If I'm 15 and I like boys, does that make me curious? Cos everybody says I'm just 'experiemtning' or 'curious' but I cant imagine myself ever likin chicks.

this is also what i think being curious is too, thinking about doing stuff with the same sex but not experiencing it yet to see if you liked it like you thought you would. I also have thought about guys in a sexual way but have not had any experiences yet.

The Meaning of curious, to me, would be what it would be like to have sexual relations with another of the same sex. I mean, sure, I've been kissed by other girls and I've been groped and have groped boobies, but I'm "curious" as to what having sex with someone of the same sex would be like...

Bi: as in bisexual. Like both male and female.
Curious: eager to investigate and learn or learn more. Having unsure thoughts but withing to learn. Peeking interest.
Its the thought of liking both or opposite sex. unsure of ones-self. Having peeked interest in sexual encounters of both kinds or of the opposite sex.
