I heard on the news that PS3 has some serious problems. The PS3 dont play old games, some of the assessories for the PS3 wouldnt work and also some titles for games wouldnt play. The total cost is 600 bucks and I must say, sony must fix the problems before the stores sell it on Friday.

I'm not getting a PS3 until it's cheap enough ($150-250) and all the bugs are fixed and FF13 is released at least. Who wants a $600 piece of defective product that breaks on you right out of the box? Not me.

Well I heard that there might be patches for it or something, but I'm not 100% certain about that. 3nodding

same thing happened when the ps2 launched, so many years ago. it was an overpriced, buggy piece of crap with no games really worth playing. it got better but it took a few years. this time the stakes are much higher for sony, so it should be an interesting show to watch. the fact that the old head of sony's video game division was very recently demoted should be a sign of desperation and things to come. personally i hope sony gets humbled, they are too arrogant.
