Since we don't really have a set place to talk about the episodes, I thought it might be an idea to create a thread, ne?
I thought tonight's episode was great. xd Anne Droid+ Trinny and Suzanne driods = teh scaryness. eek
...Oh, and the Daleks, of course. xp whee Lots and lots and lots of Daleks. @_@ And the whole freaky Bad Wolf thing. How on Earth is the Doctor going to cope this time?

I was mulling this over with my little sister at breakfast. There are several things that aren't clear to me at the moment - where the rest of the contestants go? are they sent to the Daleks too? what's the point in that? why have the Daleks been biding their time? etc... - but I guess I'll just have to wait till next week to find out.
I was also wondering whether some of the shows would be a little lost on foreign audiences. I know America has a version of The Weakest Link and sure there's got to be a Big Brother... I'm not so sure about What Not to Wear, but I'm guessing there's similar things ^ ^...
xD S'great that Anne wanted to do her own voice! And all the Jack, Trinny and Suzanne moments... They had me in stitches.
I don't like Lynda-with-a-Y. She's annoying, pestering the Doctor all the time. Any one else think she'll be there in the second series for a companion...?
DALEKSAREBLINKY o O! The final scene was spectacular, I think, but the best bit was watching all their lights blink at different times. Like some fluorescent underwater creature. Pretty pretty! And they all have different voices, I think...
Now, I don't know all that much about the Daleks, but I would have thought with numbers like that they'd just go right ahead and attack Earth. Can't see it being much of a problem for them... So why have they been waiting? I know they're intelligent, but they could just wipe us all out without breaking a sweat >.<... Just exterminate, damn it...
These rambly thoughts lead me in the direction that it might not be this Davros person (maybe I should post this in the other thread...?) but rather the Dalek Rose's DNA altered. With all those new ideas, it could have pretended to explode itself and return to the ships. It was pretty damn confused... Or it could have been plotting all along. Hmm...
I'll stop puzzling it over and wait xD;;... What's the Dalek obsession with Earth anyway?
One last point, as this is just spilling out my head and I really need to do my homework instead. I watched the Confidential last night and saw the Kit-Kat advert. I recall seeing it when I was little, and it cracked me up even then. Hippy Pepperpots ^.^! Give us a cud-dle~ Peace and love, peace and love!
This probably should have gone in the series spoilers topic -- or is there somewhere for theories. Argh @ @...
Peace and love <3!

Eh, it can go in either, I figure. ^_^
Bwahah, that cracked me up, seeing the Daleks follow the dancing monks waving their toilet plungers about hyperly and raving about peace and love. xd
My favourite was definitely the 'Give- us- a -cud-dle' line. lol

The ending was definitely the best part about the episode, where the doctor confronts the Dalek army head on with...nothing biggrin Peachy ^^
Lots of plotholes in the episode but we can overlook them. Not so sure about the doctor charging around like a gung-ho mercenary but again, overlook that, he was *really* angry. Obviously. rolleyes
Daleks have always liked abducting humans to dig mines and soforth for them so that doesn't bother me, although the it seemed relatively nothing was explained about why Bad Wolf has been following them thus rendering all that posturing and hype rather redundant in my opinion. Oh and the doctor's made a mistake that has led to decades of needless pain and suffering. Again.
The hell he's just 'looking for a quiet life' xd

Heck, now that I think about it, it wouldn't have as much appeal if they didn't xD...
Perhaps Bad Wolf will be explained in this last one...?

Yar, I heard that this episode was only to give a clue about the Bad Wolf thingie. I feel so sorry for the Doctor, he looked so thoroughly freaked by the whole Bad Wolf thing. sweatdrop
Vanille: *Returns the cud-dle* eek Imagine trying to hug a Dalek for real- you could get your eye poked out! xd
...Plus butt-nekkid Captain Jack. o.o

Well that gives me hope ^ ^! It's not over yet!
...If I had time right now to do things other than post quickly - I have a mountain of coursework to chisel - I'd try drawing Dalek-hugging. I tired drawing a Dalek earlier, but it was too fat. A few too many kit-kats, I should think x3...
...>> I'm surprised no-one's mentioned Jack's flirting with the honcho-ish guy and his hug with the Doctor. Or how he'd be comfortable keeping that laser of his where I suspect he was keeping it. If there's Doctor Who slash fanfiction, that'll go right through the roof >.<...

Jack's intro- you're right, slash writers will be having many field days. ^_~ Did anyone hear the 'hello handsome' he directed at the Doc? whee And the whole 'buy me a drink, first' banter in the last Slitheen episode was hilarious. If I weren't so busy at the moment I'd draw some stuff... watch this space! *Is researching universities and typing up applications and stuff and studying for the last of the exams at the mo*

Fair enough. wink I personally love both- old and new. I don't think I can compare them well enough to have a favourite.

Jack kisses the Doctor. I totally saw it coming. xd
That episode was really moving. My eyes stung a tiny bit during some of the scenes. In all, I thought it was 'Fantastic'. wink
Well well. It's goodbye Mr. Eccleston, hello Tennant. I wasn't sure at first, but now I've seen him in role a little, I think he'll be great.

I don't know about you guys but I was Compleatly satisfyed with the last episode! That was awesome! I loved the way they tied all the episodes together and one beautiful knot. I can't wait till the christmas episode because it will literaly be like a present. I just love the way they handled everything about the show. its like watching the old shows, but with new and interesting flavors in it. xd like eating your favorite food made by an excelent kitchen. (sorry its noon so I'm hungry) I just know I'll love the next season. I hope Tennant does wear a kilt! heart ^-^ that would be cool... it would aslo be cool if he didn't biggrin hopefully they will have more of a budget.. so we can see the awesome alien worlds that they come up with. I'm excited! (if you couldn't tell by my rambleings)

I'm excited, too! I'm sad that the series has come to an end, but like you said, we have a Xmas special to look forward to! whee
I like what they've done- they've kept Dr Who the same essentially, but there are small differences, like new technology and stuff, that wren't obvious to the point where Dr Who becomes something totally different. Like a pizza with your favourite toppings had one topping replaced by a topping that has a differnt spice in it- it's still a pizza with your favourite toppings.
Sorry I'm hungry, too- four weeks on salad for lunch and dinner does that. sweatdrop
