Name: Hadrian Yeck Nickname: N/A
Gender: Male Age: 25 Hair color: White Eye Color: Technically colourless - appear pink with mauve pupils (afflicted by nystagmus) Nationality: Gaian Ethnicity: Aquatic Elf/Human Appearance: Basically, Hadrian is a big guy. He's six-foot-two and fairly well-built with an albinoid gene defect liable to make people arch a brow. His fingers are slightly webbed (a birth defect and nothing more) and he has a small scar beneath his rib cage. He can be considered attractive, sure, once he stops grimacing at you. He is also a full (OCA1) albino, and thusly has white hair and extremely pale, almost translucent skin. Sexual Preference: Maybe bisexual. Probably.
Go ask that closet, there.
Personality: Hadrian is very stoic. It is rather difficult to anger him and, alternately, very hard to make him happy. He's generally quiet, but will defend those he's fond of to Hell and back. Talent: The ability to hold his breath for twenty minutes
Background: There's really not much to say about Hadrian. His past is fairly mysterious, and the most anyone is really allowed to know is that he was born in Durem, nearly died, honed his skill, and took up biweekly smoking. He's petrified to make friends, fall in love, etcetera (as made apparent by his cold appearence). Again, only he knows quite why...
Vices
-Aquaphobia (a fear of drowning) -Tobacco addiction (one cig every other week, which probably, in retrospect, is not all that good for his lungs) -Apathy (unless he loves you, he couldn't give a ******** less about you, himself, or the world) -Sadism/Masochism (let's not get into that...)
Secrets Hadrian's mother was born deaf, and paralyzed from the waist down in an accident when he was thirteen. His was constantly either at school or home caring for her, which is a pretty good explanation for his lack of social skills and hatred toward people. Beace of all of this, he was forced to learn English from his peers (and so had a sort of developmental problem as a child, never speaking as well as the other children his age) and sign language from his mother (which, he thought, was even more difficult).
His mother died when he was twenty-three.
Hadrian's had a fairly terrible bout of bad luck throughout his life. He nearly completely lacked a social life, as stated above, and his love life was even worse. He had no friends outside of school, and only ever had one girlfriend.
And she killed herself.
Then he had a rather hard crush on a straight guy, confided in him, and was subsequently skivved by said heterosexual in a bar the night his mother died. He nearly died, and probably would have had it not been for his healing factor (thanks to his absent father).
Most of the time, he wishes that he had. Family
Rajiva Meaning: Feminine form of "striped" in Sanskrit "Zebra in a box...ZEBRA IN A ******** BOX!"
