Who loves turkey? I know I do. I also think it's crazy that Thanksgiving is coming up so soon. Where did November go? Ai! It's next week. . . >.>
But how I love turkey and mashed potatoes. Mmm. Foood. cool
What are some of your guy's favorite Thanksgiving memories.
I think mine was last year when it was just my family and my mom made the best turkey ever.
Yeah, this thread is so about thanksgiving memories. Not thanksgiving food. ^_^

My favorite memory was 3 years ago after my mom died. My mom was always the one to get the fmaily together (she had 7 brothers/sisters) anywho, after she died i didnt like that there wasnt a thanksgiving, so i talked to one of my aunts, and She and i spent nearly 2 days cooking the next year, and everyone came over. I had just learned about foods they would have had at the first thanksgiving so we had tons of food, not traditional turkey(though we had one) and it was amazing smile

My 3 year anniversary with my fiance falls on Thanksgiving this year. Or ... I guess Thanksgiving falls on our anniversary?

Thanksgiving at my house is usually really stressful. D: It'll be nice to see my family, but like, my mom gets stressed out with cooking and there's usually a lot of tension. Plus my step dad tends to say stupid/mean things and it kinda tends to ruin the holiday atmosphere. BUT, at least I'll get to see my family. I've been so homesick lately.

Mine is exactly the same, but Christmas is worse. I hated how we would have our extended family over, and the first thing my grandpa would do was steal the TV and change the channel to a different football game, when my dad was watching it.

Aww. D: I like Christmas better, because it's not just the dinner. But I don't think I'll even be able to go home on Christmas this year. ;-;

My fav holiday is halloween, but that's because no one at my house gives a damn, so they don't yell at each other. Haha.

I used to love Halloween because I love dressing up but I wasn't really able to do much this year. And I can't have candy so that kind of ruins it a little too. =/

I just put on a hoodie and a beanie and called myself a thug. Or I will dress up as a goth. Or a dominatrix. I already have all the goods for that.
One time I was that one guy from the cure. That was awesome.

I wore kitty ears and a tail to school this year but I was too sick to do much else. Plus nobody really dressed up so I would have felt out of place if I had worn a better costume.

Yeah, I did that all the time. We had a costume contest but really there weren't many people who dressed up. I was the only person in my class with any sort of costume. =/
We rock at staying on topic. :3
