I've been looking around the guild and I haven't noticed many people that have miscarried... (def. a good thing!) I was just wondering how many of us there were.

I haven't, but my friend did. And I know it can be a really hard thing to deal with. It took a long time for her to get over...I can imagine why.

Drunk Driving I have. I wrote my story in the Miscarriage sticky. I read your story and I must say those doctors/nurses didn't seem to know how to handle the situation. ::hugs::: If you ever need someone to talk to. I am here for you.

I have misscarried twice.
The first time I lost twin daughters. They were so close to due and one died in the womb, the other was born but died 17 hours later. I held her when she died.
The second misscarriage was really recent, It was about seven weeks ago.
I will post my total story a little later, I don't feel like it tonight.

I've only had one miscarriage. I was 4 months and the doctor told me that the baby would be healthy, but a few weeks later, my baby died. I'm not sure what happened, but I know that when you losing someone that's a part of you[literally], it can be depressing

I have... I don't like talking about it, and only a handful of close friends even know it happened.
I was only 15 at the time; we were safe, but there's always a chance... After going 6 months without my period (at that age they averaged around once every 3 months), I took a pregnancy test. It was positive, but I was in denial and convinced myself I read the test wrong. I refused to believe I was pregnant... and a week later I got my period.
A part of me has always believed that it was my denial that made me lose my baby; but I'm not even sure if that's possible (at least, I hope it isn't)...

I had one and then they had to perform a DNC which is like an abortion. My pregnancy brought me closer to my family and my boyfriend and now it feels like he doesn't understand me anymore. I guess its his way of grieving...

I lost 5 in a period of about 4 years. When we finally got pregnant with my daughter Grace it was very hard to accept that I was going to be a mother. We got pregnant again this past month, but after 2 days (knowing I was pregnant from a test) I lost the baby. It's hard, but you kinda just go on knowing it can happen again and the next time it may turn out different. Grace is my angel for a reason. She's a fighter and she's mine. She heals all. heart I'm so blessed to have her.
We found out that I, in fact, did not lose the new baby. We're due Dec. 30th, 2009. It will be our second live birth.
