Sorry for double posting but here is what Sam Fisher will look like in Conviction.

Also heres some new info on Conviction.
It has been reported that Splinter Cell: Conviction will be set almost entirely in daylight, with Sam Fisher using environmental elements, such as crowds for cover. It has also been said that Sam can use the environment for defence, for example using benches to block off doors. It will be possible to interact with nearly every object in the environment - for example chairs, printers, pieces of paper and more.
According to Ubisoft sources, Splinter Cell: Conviction will include cross platform play between Windows Vista and the Xbox 360. This is possible with Games for Windows Live and Xbox Live.
Ubisoft Montreal took eight months alone to make the gameplay as lifelike as possible, by making almost every object you can see usable. Also you just don't pick up the by walking up to it if you are running towards the object you may grab it with one hand and spin around then throwing. Also the physics stay the same even when in Sam Fisher's hands, so if you pick up a computer screen to throw and it is surrounded by other stuff it with knock them over instead of going through them.
Another added feature is the crowd mechanic, and said to to be a new mobile stealth device, because you no longer work for the government and your supplies are limited. You must use what is around you instead of what they use to give you. The crowd system is different from the one seen in other games, like people don't run into each other repeatably then turn around and walk a different direction. Now they see each other and move out of the way before they touch. The crowd also reacts to Sam's actions, like if you steal something or they see a gun they won't just keep walking. They may follow you, attack trying to be a hero, or call for help.
Sam may no longer have his green goggles but he seems to have some tricks this time. For example there is an almost sixth sense Sam has called the Heroes Instinct. The screen turns to a grey, and if there are any police or agents after you they will stand out from the crowd even if they are behind a wall or someone.
