Japan Exchange and Teaching Program. They paid for my ticket, gave me an apartment to live in and the rest was cake. I worked at 8 schools and was able to travel a lot.

Been there 10 times, and currently there, for fun. Um...I guess it doesn't come with an apartment and stuff, but I do get to stay in a 5-star hotel. It's only 200 USD a night ^_^

my friend went to Japan awhile ago. She was in this class and the teachers (in gr. 12 this was) saw she had a major interest in it and sent her to Japan as a foreign exchange student. 3nodding
