Nope, I made a vector of Mikoto from a Mai Hime (thats the anime) scan

I think it's pretty cool. Though imo it would've looked a bit better with something in the top-right corner and maybe the center. Those parts seem a bit bare to me.

I quite like it

The only thing I kind of find funny is the black area feels a bit dead. I mean from your past work you've had a little blur of background image(s) to clear up any blank spots. I just feel that the empty black space begs to be filled with something.

But it's not of too much concern. I like it 3nodding
