I have had some decent results with reading other people, but I find that its impossible for me to read myself. can anyone out there read themselves or do you have trouble with it too?

I usually have a hard time reading myself but, it is impossible. The only reason we can't really ourselve well is because we taint and shape the reading into the way we want to see them or go into a certain path.

Narekala I usually have a hard time reading myself but, it is impossible. The only reason we can't really ourselve well is because we taint and shape the reading into the way we want to see them or go into a certain path.

I made a typo error. I ment it is possible, not impossible. It will take times and practice to do so. Just don't force yourself.

I don't know if I mentioned or not in the PM's, but another reason we are having trouble may be because our thoughts are distorted by the people we pick up on, or give readings to. For me, I usually think somthing, and shrug it off saying it's just my imagination.

It is sooo hard for me to do a reading for myself. That's why i usually ask people. xD

I find it quite easy to read myself- but that could be me telling the cards what I want to hear from my subconsice, but I don't think so. But I do get readings from others so I can confirm my readings. They turn out the same.

Not a bad idea just to make sure you didn't taint your own reading. But I prefer not to though... =/

xd It is possible for me to read for myself it is mostly hard in love life related stuff, although i do get what i need at the time&i accept that. (Somewhere i am not ready to hear the "cold?" hard truth about something hehe&also i need to be in the right mood.

I never have any problems reading myself... usualy it just tells me what I know but didn't want to admit.

Most of the readings i do are daily one card readings for myself. I have a deck I cannot use for myself cuz it doesn't like me doing personal readings. It reads great for others though. A good book to look for is Tarot for yourself by Mary K. Greer. She writes about how you can use the cards for yourself.
