It has to be better on stage. And there are over a million reasons why. But I have slight favoritism over the movie because I haven't seen Rent live and onstage (yet), and if it wasn't for the movie, I don't think I would have ever really known about Rent.

I haven't seen the play either *mutters:stupid Finland* but I still like it a bit more than the movie. Columbus should be hanged for skipping Halloween and a big part of Goodbye love

I like the Live Show. There's something about the theatre, being right there, right then.. It's amazing.

Oh my gosh, without a doubt! I'd kill to see it live and right in front of my eyes. The atmosphere has to be a million times better, and the emotions... wow.

Bohemian Rhapsodic I would have to say that you do not get an opinion. Everyone's entitled to an opinion. neutral Even if you've only seen it once or wasted thousands of dollars seeing it fifty times.

The movie has better sounding-songs and imagery. And I don't have to pay 100 dollars to see it each time.

Well, each has good aspects. Movie is something you can watch over and over, and my dad bought a pirated version stressed so I don't even have the deleted songs! The stage has to be better because it's happening in front of you and I quite enjoy the theatre, being an actor myself. (I plan on "theatre hopping" this winter with my friend...Rent, Wicked, Avenue Q...it's going to rock)

Well, the movie's necessary...I'd never have a clue about RENT otherwise. And I've never seen it on stage, but I am absolutely thrilled at the idea of actually getting to moo (you do get to, right?) I could absolutely STRANGLE columbus for all the songs he cut! Christmas bells is one of my favorites!
