I adored Kingdom Hearts 1. But as my PS2 is 200 miles away now I haven't had a chance to play Kingdom Hearts 2... *sniff*

i only got the 1st one recently XD so im not that far in it.... but so far i like it.. its fun~ i suppose ill eventally get around to playing the 2nd one

I've beaten both, and I think they're awesome. I cheer for King Mickey every time he's on screen. Because I'm a dork like that. ^^;
However, I wasn't all that thrilled with Chain of Memories, the GameBoy game that comes between KH1 and KH2.

My GBA is another thing that got left behind. The whole card system thing is weird and I keep running out during boss battles so the battle goes by really, really slowly. So annoying.

I was a bit suprised when they included TRON.
Does it have Lightcycles?
And it better have authentic 1980s vector graphics. Anything better than 32 polygons and it's out.

It's a nice little game for killing time, it's a lot like the Yu-Gi-Oh games, and if you spend a lot of time on the bus with your GBA and you've completed all your other repetitive games (Tetris or whatever) then it makes a good filler. But as a Kingdom Hearts game? I think you can survive without it.
And story twists are sure to be explained in detail on any Kingdom Hearts fan website anyway. So it's not like you'll miss out.

I personally think Chain of Memories is great. I've been playing it on my DS and I love it. I find it quite addictive, and I like the card system. You can probably survive by just filling your deck with Keyblade(sorry, Attack) cards and hammering the A button until the Heartless explode. But then you can get special moves by stocking three cards and performing a Sleight. And the whole value thing is very well-executed too. It's a bit like a fast-paced card game on a 3D field(done with fantastically crafted sprites).
Looking back on this post, it's rather badly written. Please remember I haven't gone outside for ages. confused

ooo this thread has gone dead- oh well- if you want to discuss more on kingdom hearts then please search the forums for kingdom hearts and click under oblivion_Xye because it is a huge forum and loads of comments okay then bubi!
