My favorite rare GAIA fish would have to be the Candy Striper. It is probally the most rare fish on GAIA and I think it is the most beautiful. I simply love it, though I think the fish itself looks alot better then the mask of the fish. sweatdrop regaurdless its still a great mask and I'd love to get it.

I'd have to say the Diamondback Lion or Tootin' Tino.
They are both extremely unique fish, and that is what draws me to them.
The spiky design of the Diamondback Lion is simply gorgeous, and who can resist the comical head jet of the Tootin' Tino?
Plus, blue and grey are my favorite colors!
It stinks that I love both so much, and have never caught either of them...

Rubyback lion for sure. I can think up 100 reasons why, but I don't have time. Anyway, here's the first few:
1. They are pretty
2. They are the least common of all rares
3. They are worth 1,200,000g or more
4. People will forever admire you for catching one
5. They can make a gorgeous mask
6. It would be a good mascot for my guild
7. They have a cute horn, unline the other lions.
8. All dawn and dusk rares are the best
9. They are the creme de la creme of the fishy world (quote RubyFishers)
10. None have been on the market for a long time
11. They are the only fish that nobody will believe you caught even with proof
12. Everybody would chase one down a volcano
13. They sell very easily
14. Hardly anybody catches them anymore
15. They are extremely cute
