In a city that once was the peak of technology, crime and hatred has slowly spread through it like a disease causing the city to fall into ruin and corrupting all but the strong willed. Still, after 30 years, there are people who still oppose what has happened, and are now taking action. In a world where your only weapon is your mind, everyone must always be wary of traps, spies, and people who may try to harm them. Mind you, Organized Crime has never been more accepted than in this place. Do you band together? Or do you do things your way?
There are no special abilities in this rp. You have your weapons, gadgets, and who you think are friends. Multiple characters allowed (just don't make it confusing for us to know who you are). Rp is not based on a game so anything goes. You can be a good guy, a bad guy, or someone inbetween.
You can change your weapons whenever you want because in certain times, different stuff IS needed to do whatever, but just make sure you put how/when you got the new stuff.

Bio: Sylas is a member of a military organization aimed at taking down the major criminal organizations in the city. He is one of the first genetically modified solider that is perfect for urban city fighting. However, he still suffers from huge disadvantages as well as huge advantages, such as not shivering or shacking, his aim is amazing but if the temperature gets too low he can not make himself harmer and is likely to pass out and die.

Azura lay face down in her bed, her head hidden beneath her sheets. The smell of burnt rubber drifted in through her open window, accompanied by the roar of a race. She lived in the northside of town, right beside one of the more popular racing zones, in a one room apartment on the fourth floor of a building that looked like it should have been shut down ages ago. A light drizzle of rain had been falling throughout the day, something that would explain why people kept skidding across the asphalt.
Dragging herself out of her bed, she put on her jacket and walked outside the building onto the streets. The noise of the race could still be heard, slowly moving farther and farther away. Lighting up a cigarette she walked down the streets headed towards a coffee shop. It was the only one she knew of that gave you a drink that actually tasted the way it should. Unfortunatly, it bordered the eastside of town, and she never knew what sort of folks she would meet in there.

Rex walked down the street towards his gang. The sound of metal hitting the pavement let his followers know he was approching He looked around the corner into a dark ally "So where we gunna' hit today boss" one of the members asked, his name was boomer, the name came from his love of explosives. There were a total of 5 gang members there was Rex, Boomer, Xen, and Hertz. They were very well know on the east side for their ability to have perfect heists, not even the cops could catch them, well the cops have kinda given up on the east side. "We are moveing out of our home boys" Rex said "there is a nice little coffee shop on the border, very popular, LOTS of money" Yahaha, dems' not gunna' know what hurt them" Hertz piped up
Xen turned and smacked Hertz "what did we say about you not talking you idiot"
"alright, lets move out" Rex said turning

Just outside the shop, Azura put out her cigarette and went inside. There was no point in putting it out since the shop was filled with smoke anyways. The smoke mixed in with the aroma of the coffee, among other smells. The conversations between the different patrons of the shop mixed in with one another creating an almost peaceful setting. Almost because every now and then someone would turn from there chat and give everyone an undesirable look. Behind an old and beat up counter at the far end of the room was a large, burly man fixing up various drinks. One could easily imagine him chasing you down an alley with a shot gun in his hands, but he oddly fit in where he was.
"Hey." Azura said when she got to the counter. He turned from the drink he was preparing and, in a gruff voice, he asked "The usual?" Azura answered with a nod, and as soon as he was done with the drink in his hands, he made her's. He handed her a delicate tea cup filled with a black liquid. After paying for it she found her usual seat in a back corner, partially hidden by a plastic plant. Looking closely at everyone else in the shop, Azura recognized several faces of people she had had past business with. In silence she sipped at her drink as the shop slowly began to clear out till there were only a few people left. "Strange place." she mumbled to herself, hardly realizing her drink had become cold.
