I don't know exactly, but I read on Shurtugal.com that it is going to be sometime next year, most likely the summer

Paolini is so slow at writing books! I mean, J.K.Rowling (author of Harry Potter for those who don't know), would have like two books out by now and her books are much longer! Then again, she only has one more book to put out...

I read itwould be called Empire Empire is a likely title for the book but from what I've heard, the title is still up in the air at this point.
