G'day. This stuff is a bit different to what I've seen on the guild and I don't know if it will be appreciated but here goes...

Obviously I am into science fiction...

Scenes of an imaginary structure from a novel I am attempting to write.




That'll do I guess. I've got many more but these are probably the best. For anybody who is interested, I used Corel Dream 3D version 7 to create and render the models, and Corel PhotoPaint 10 for lighting and shadow effects.

I use Corel Dream 3D to build the models and render them (kinda old and basic, but it works I guess) and Corel PhotoPaint to add touches like shadows and lens flares to make them a bit more realistic looking.

Heres some more stuff. These are a bunch of development sketches for the ship that appears in my profile.




This started out as a ball-point pen sketch on scrap paper to cure an hour or two of boredom. I scanned it and added a bit of colour in Corel.

It's so shiny =)
That's really cool. Last one goes really well with the background.
Even when you're sketching in 2d it looks like it's 3d! Eh.. Skills.

Dont know what this is about - just sort of started sketching (bored) and finished up with this.
